Description

无线耳塞机 技术领域
本发明涉及可以与手提式电话机配合使用的无线耳塞机。 背景技术
现有技术的无线耳塞机在方便使用者使用方面还有不理想之处, 如
( 1 ) 耳塞听筒不能旋转方向, (2 ) 不能附带夹子, 当不使用时, 耳塞 机无法夹在方便而容易找到的位置, 有必要作出改进设计。 发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的上述缺点,设计一种改进的无线耳 塞机。 这种无线耳塞机包括: 本体部分, 其中内置有发送话筒; 耳塞听 筒部分, 其附于所述本体部分上; 以及连接装置, 其连接所述本体部分 和所述耳塞听筒部分, 其中, 所述耳塞听筒部分通过所述连接装置固定 在所述本体部分之上, 所述连接装置具有使所述耳塞听筒部分相对于所 述本体部分在收置状态和使用状态之间旋转的旋转机构。
根据本发明的无线耳塞机, 其中, 所述本体部分的一端具有叉形架, 所述叉形架的两个叉臂之间具有容纳收置状态下的所述耳塞听筒部分的 空间, 所述连接装置由所述叉臂端部的轴孔和所述耳塞听筒部分的旋转 轴构成, 所述耳塞听筒部分可绕所述旋转轴旋转至所述本体部分的中轴 线与所述耳塞听筒部分的中轴线大约成 0 ° — 180 ° 角。

本发明的无线耳塞机的优点为: (1) 耳塞听筒可以旋转方向, 当旋 转到与耳塞机的本体方向一致时, 为长条形状, 横向尺寸小, 可以减小 产品的包装体积, 降低生产和经营成本, 并且收置方便, 可以放在衣袋 或钱包中。 在通话时又可以旋转至与耳塞机本体大约成 90° 角, 适宜在 耳中固定。 又可以在通话时旋转至最适宜于在耳中固定的角度, 使通话 更加方便。 (2) 可以附带弹簧夹子, 当不使用时, 耳塞机可以夹在方便 而容易找到的位置, 要使用时可以随时找到耳塞机, 不致于随处摆放而 难以迅速找到耳塞机。 附图说明

在第一实施例中, 无线耳塞机的外形形状以扁平状比较适宜, 它的 耳塞听筒部分在其横截面 (大致是长方形) 的较长一边旋转出或旋转入, 便于安排具体结构。 在第二实施例中, 无线耳塞机的 截面以接近正方 形较为适宜, 便于围绕其中心轴旋转。 当然, 正方形也可变通为具四个 圆角的正方形, 或甚至于接近圆形, 也是可行的。

图 6 (a)和图 6 (b)示出图 5 (a)和图 5 (b)所示耳塞听筒 303已旋转到 本体 302的上方而与本体 302大致成同一方向, 在这种情况下, 无线耳 塞机 301处于收置状态。 图中其余附图标记的含义同前。

权利要求书
1 . 一种无线耳塞机, 包括:
本体部分, 其中内置有发送话筒;
耳塞听筒部分, 其附于所述本体部分上; 以及
连接装置, 其连接所述本体部分和所述耳塞听筒部分,
其特征在于, 所述耳塞听筒部分通过所述连接装置固定在所述本体 部分之上, 所述连接装置具有使所述耳塞听筒部分相对于所述本体部分 在收置状态和使用状态之间旋转的旋转机构。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的无线耳塞机, 其中,
所述本体部分的一端具有叉形架, 所述叉形架的两个叉臂之间具有 容纳收置状态下的所述耳塞听筒部分的空间, 所述连接装置由所述叉臂 端部的轴孔和所述耳塞听筒部分的旋转轴构成, 所述耳塞听筒部分可绕 所述旋转轴旋转至所述本体部分的中轴线与所述耳塞听筒部分的中轴线 大约成 0 ° — 180 ° 角。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的无线耳塞机, 其中,
所述耳塞听筒部分可绕所述旋转轴旋转至所述本体部分的中轴线与 所述耳塞听筒部分的中轴线大约成 90 ° 角的使用状态;
所述连接装置在其可旋转角度范围内有内置的限位或限角度结构, 并在此范围内设有若干个可中间停顿的卡格构造。

所述本体部分的上端形成斜面, 所述耳塞听筒部分的下端也形成斜 面, 并且在收置状态下两者的斜面贴在一起时两者的中轴线成一直线, 所述连接装置由其中一个斜面上的旋转轴和另一个斜面上与所述旋转轴 相对应的轴承窝构成, 所述两个斜面可以贴在一起旋转, 所述耳塞听筒 部分可从两者的中轴线成一直线的收置状态旋转大约 180 ° 到使两者的 中轴线大约成 90 ° 角的使用状态。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的无线耳塞机, 其中,
所述本体部分和所述耳塞听筒部分的斜面与各自的中轴线的夹角为 30 ° 至 450
6. 根据权利要求 1或 4所述的无线耳塞机, 其中,
所述连接装置在其可旋转的角度范围的两个极限端设置有内置的限 位或限角度结构。

所述弹簧夹子的夹持面上设有空孔。
11 . 根据权利要求 7所述的无线耳塞机, 其中,
所述弹簧夹子是中部空的框架形状。
12. 根据权利要求 7所述的无线耳塞机, 其中,
所述弹簧夹子是网格形状。
13. 根据权利要求 1所述的无线耳塞机, 其中,
在所述本体部分上还附带有能够以有线方式接收并存储外来信息的 插接口。
14. 根据权利要求 1所述的无线耳塞机, 其中,
所述耳塞听筒部分可以相对于所述本体部分旋转至少 90° 的角度。
15. 根据权利要求 1所述的无线耳塞机, 其中,
所述连接装置设有旋转轴结构。
16. 根据权利要求 1所述的无线耳塞机, 其中,
所述连接装置设有旋钮结构。
17. 根据权利要求 1所述的无线耳塞机, 其中,
所述连接装置在其可旋转角度范围内设有若干个槽格结构。
18. 根据权利要求 1所述的无线耳塞机, 其中,
所述连接装置设有精密加工、 精密配合的结构。
