技术背景
婴儿学步车作为一种婴儿学习站立走步的辅助工具, 需要经常携带外出。 而现有的学步车为整体的框架结构, 占用较大的空间。 无论是手动携带或是放 入汽车中均十分不方便。 因此现有出现一种可从中部折叠的学步车, 方便在携 '带的时候折叠学步车, 减小占用空间。 不过此类学步车由于采用折叠的活动机 构, 一方面导致了结构稳定性能的下降, 另一方面折叠结构由于多次折叠, 而 容易被破坏, 因此不能够完全满足用于的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可便于携带, 且具有良好的结构性能和较长使 用寿命的可拆装的婴儿学步车。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现其目的。 .
本发明设计了一种可拆装的婴儿学步车, 结构包括底部的滑车结构、 上部 的环形支撑结构和至少三个用于连接滑车结构、 环形支撑结构的支架, 其改良 结构在于所述支架至少与滑车结构、 环形支撑结构之一之间采用简易拆卸结构 连接。 本设计的优点是在携带或运送学步车的时候, 能够将支架与滑车结构或 环形支撑结构分离, 节省空间, 便于携带。 使用时能够通过简易装配, 即可组 装成具有良好结构性能婴儿学步车, 保证婴儿在使用过程中的安全性。 具体的结构可以包括所述支架与滑车结构、 环形支撑结构之间均釆用简易 拆卸结构连接; 和所述支架与滑车结构、 环形支撑结构之一之间釆用简易拆卸 结构连接, 与另一结构之间釆用转动折叠结构连接两种。 第一种结构在携带时, 需要同时拆下安装在支架两端的滑车结构和环形支撑结构, 将三者包装携带。 第二种在携带时, 只需要拆下安装在支架一端的滑车结构或环形支撑结构, 并 通过支架另一端的转动折叠结构折叠支架即可。
为保证结构的稳定性, 本发明设有四个支架, 并两两对称分布于滑车结构 和环形支撑结构的两侧。
所述简易拆卸结构可以为多种结构, 最具有结构稳定性且便于拆装的结构 为插接式阴阳件结构。 并且可以所述插接式阴阳件结构之间设有定位扣结构。
所述定位扣结构包括幵设于阴插接件壳体上的定位孔和设于阳插接件相应 侧面上、 与定位孔相配合的定位块。
所述的定位块设置在一端固定在阳插接件上、 另一端为自由端的弹片上, 且所述的定位块上端面为倾斜面。 这样的结构方便了拆装插接式阴阳件结构。
相对于现有技术, 本发明所设计的婴儿学步车具有良好的结构稳定性, 便 于拆装携带, 而且具有很长的使用寿命。

以下结合附图对本发明做进一步的说明。
结合图 1和图 2所示的一种可拆装的婴儿学步车, 结构包括底部的滑车结 构 1、 上部的环形支撑结构 2和四个用于连接滑车结构 1、 环形支撑结构 2的支 架 3, 四个支架 3两两对称分布于滑车结构 1和环形支撑结构 2的两侧。所述支 架 1与滑车结构 1、环形支撑结构 2之间均采用简易拆卸结构 4连接。简易拆卸 结构 4方便了在携带学步车时, 能够将滑车结构 1、环形支撑结构 2和支架 3三 部分拆卸开来, 节省了占用空间, 可以方便的采用手提或者是放入车中携带。 所述简易拆卸结构 4为插接式阴阳件结构, 包括设置于每个支架 3两端的阳插 接件 42和分别设置在滑车结构 1、 环形支撑结构 2上与支架 3相对应的阴插接 件 41。
釆用插接件的结构方便了学步车的装配和拆卸, 组装后的插接件的详细结 构如图 3左图所示,在所述接式阴阳件结构之间设有定位扣结构 5。拆卸之后的 插接件结构如图 3右图所示, 定位扣结构 5包括开设于阴插接件 41壳体上的定 位孔 51和设于阳插接件 42相应侧面上、与定位孔 51相配合的定位块 52。装配 方向如图种空心箭头所示。 .
阴插接件 41与阳插接件 42具体的安装过程如图 4所示, 首先将阳插接件 42对准阴插接件 41, 如左图所示, 然后如图中方向向上推入阳插接件 42至阴 插接件 41。 由于定位块 52设置在一端固定在阳插接件 42上、 另一端为自由端 的弹片 53上, 因此在推入过程中, 弹片 53将弯曲变形使定位块 52能够进入阴 插接件 41, 直至定位块 52对准定位孔 51, 弹片 53恢复原状使定位块 52卡入 准定位孔 51 , 实现定位, 如右图所示。 阴插接件 41与阳插接件 42具体的拆卸过程如图 5所示, 首先如左图箭头 所示推入定位块 52, 定位块 52上端面为倾斜面, 方便了手指的推入。推动至左 图所示位置的同时, 向下拉出阳插接件 42, 方向如右图所示。 继续向下拉出阳 插接件 42便可以轻易的拆开阴插接件 41和阳插接件 42。
由上述过程可见,接滑车结构 1、环形支撑结构 2和支架 3三者之间的拆装 均十分简易, 且安装成型之后的结构具有很高的稳固效果, 保证了使用的安全。 整体结构没有采用折叠的结构, 延长学步车的使用寿命。 自然, 本发明并不局 限于上述实施例中的结构,任何由滑车结构 1、环形支撑结构 2和支架 3三者构 成简易拆装的结构均为本设计所要求保护的内容。

权 利 要 求 书
1.一种可拆装的婴儿学步车, 包括底部的滑车结构(1)、上部的环形支撑结 构 (2) 和至少三个用于连接滑车结构 (1 )、 环形支撑结构 (2) 的支架 (3), 其特征在于所述支架 (1 ) 至少与滑车结构 (1 )、 环形支撑结构 (2) 之一之间 采用简易拆卸结构 (4)连接。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的可拆装的婴儿学步车, 其特征在于所述支架 (1) 与滑车结构 (1)、 环形支撑结构(2)之间均采用简易拆卸结构 (4)连接。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的可拆装的婴儿学步车, 其特征在于所述支架 (1 ) 与滑车结构 (1 )、 环形支撑结构 (2)之一之间采用简易拆卸结构 (4) 连接, 与另一结构之间采用转动折叠结构连接。
4.根据权利要求 1 所述的可拆装的婴儿学步车, 其特征在于设有四个支架 (3), 两两对称分布于滑车结构 ( 1 )和环形支撑结构 (2) 的两侧。
5.根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 4所述的可拆装的婴儿学步车,其特征在于所' 述简易拆卸结构 (4) 为插接式阴阳件结构。
6.根据权利要求 5所述的可拆装的婴儿学步车,其特征在于所述插接式阴阳 件结构之间设有定位扣结构 (5)。
7.根据权利要求 6所述的可拆装的婴儿学步车,其特征在于所述定位扣结构 (5)包括开设于阴插接件 (41)壳体上的定位孔(51 ) 和设于阳插接件 (42) 相应侧面上、 与定位孔(51)相配合的定位块(52)。
8.根据权利要求 7所述的可拆装的婴儿学步车, 其特征在于所述的定位块 (52)设置在一端固定在阳插接件(42)上、 另一端为自由端的弹片 (53)上。
9.根据权利要求 8所述的可拆装的婴儿学步车, 其特征在于所述的定位块 (52)上端面为倾斜面
