[3] Particularly, in the case of the shopping malls, comfortable shopping can not be made in an inside of the shopping malls due to various noises, such as voices of visitors, advertisement of salesmen, shopping carts, and so on, resulting in poor sales amount, and causing the shoppers to avoid shopping due to exhaustion.
[4] In order to solve the problem, though the inside wall of the shopping mall is constructed of functional panels, for attenuation of noise and sound insulation, the panel has a complicate system and fails to provide beauty together with the function, even if the inside wall of the shopping mall requires both the function as well as the beauty.
[5] As known, though a related art sound absorbing panel has been constructed of a compression panel of inorganic fiber, such as rock wool, glass wool, nonwoven fabric, and so on attached to an inside wall thereof and cloth or a general wall paper is attached as an outer skin thereof, for attenuation of the noise and enhancing the beauty, the nonwoven fabric and the glass wool is subjected to regulation of building laws because the nonwoven fabric is susceptible to fire, and the glass wool is harmful to human body, and since the rock wool is heavy and expensive, much building cost is required.
[6] Moreover, because construction of the sound insulation building of the panel, not only is difficult, but also requires additional finish material, cost and construction period increases, and the sound absorbing and insulating effects are also very poor.
[7] In order to improve above disadvantages, as a preceding invention, Korean Utility Model registered No. 20-0337820 discloses a compressed panel of rock wool, glass fiber, nonwoven fabric, or so on having opposite edges respectively with a projection and a groove for enabling fastening to another panel, a front with linear semi-circular projections formed thereon with a sound absorbing hole between the sound absorbing linear projections adjacent to each other, and a back side with expanded holes connected to the sound absorbing hole formed therein for breaking and absorbing a sound wave.
