Description

Ceiling acoustics panel having improved sound aborption functions}Ceiling acoustics panel having improved sound aborption functions

The present invention relates to a sound absorbing panel for ceiling finishing with improved sound absorbing function, and is easily installed in a wide and humid space such as a swimming pool, sauna, toilet, etc. to efficiently absorb noise generated in the space, The present invention relates to a sound absorbing panel for ceiling finishing, which has improved sound absorbing function by increasing bonding force with a sound absorbing panel.

In general, as a ceiling finishing material of the building, wood plywood, gypsum board, aluminum panels, and synthetic resin panels are mainly used. The wood plywood is a ceiling finishing material has a sound absorption effect is excellent but there is a lack of moisture-proof effect, the gypsum board has a better sound-absorbing effect than the wood plywood, but the sound absorption effect is somewhat insufficient.

In particular, in humid places such as swimming pools, showers, and toilets, wood plywood and gypsum boards are moldy due to water vapor, and corrosion occurs in aluminum panels. In addition, as a ceiling finishing panel of a humid building such as a swimming pool and a bathroom, a finishing panel made of synthetic resin materials such as PVC panel or SMC (Sheet Molding Compound Panel) thermosetting resin finishing panel is widely used.

The SMC panel is a FRP material in which glass fiber is mixed with an unsaturated polyester (thermosetting resin), and excellent in moisture proofing function, but has a poor sound absorbing function, as well as complicated manufacturing process and high manufacturing cost, thereby increasing installation cost. There was a problem. In addition, in order to impart sound absorption to the SMC panel, since the surface must be embossed separately, there is a problem in that the cost and installation cost are further increased due to the increase in the cost according to processing.

Since the PVC panel is made of polyvinyl chloride resin, the cost cost is reduced compared to the SMC panel, but having a smooth surface, there is a problem that sound absorption is not good.

In addition, conventional SMC panels and PVC panels are generally configured to be connected to the neighboring finish panels by the Wenger joint method, but such a Wenger joint method, when the long-term installation, the joint is opened or severely finished There is a gap between the panels, in particular, in the case of PVC panels, there was a problem that a large number of seams are generated as the construction area.

As such, when a gap is generated, water vapor comes into contact with the fixing means (fixing means for connecting the concrete slab and the finishing panel) made of a metallic material through the gap, thereby causing corrosion of the fixing means. Due to the corrosion of the fixing means, the ceiling finishing panel is separated from the fixing means, and when the noise and vibration occurs, there is a problem that the lifting phenomenon occurs in the ceiling finishing panel.

In addition, in a humid multi-use facility such as a swimming pool or a public bath, noise and vibration are more severely generated even in a small sound due to the sound transmission through the steam and the resonant phenomena of the hollow structure. In the case of a multi-use facility in which a conventional SMC panel and a PVC panel are installed as a ceiling finishing panel, the noise generated causes not only difficulty in communication between users, but also the user is exposed to the generated noise, causing headaches and There were various problems such as anxiety caused.

In the conventional PVC panel, the larger the area, the more sag occurs, and when the joint is made by jointing, a phenomenon occurs in the joint portion, but the present invention is coupled to the female coupling part and the male coupling part by a butt-fitting method. In addition, the up-stepped protrusions of the female coupling part and the down-stepped protrusions of the male coupling part come into contact with each other and are engaged with each other, so that the sound-absorbing panel maintains a firm coupling state without occurrence of a phenomenon in the joint part even during long-term installation.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the male coupling part 40 is connected to the valley part 20 and has an insertion table 41 protruding horizontally, and a predetermined height at the end of the insertion table 41. It has a h1) and provided with a downward stepped projection 42, the male coupling portion 40 has a '-' shape as a whole.

In addition, the outer edge 43 of the insertion table 41 and the outer edge 44 of the downward step protrusion are chamfered or rounded.

In addition, the insertion stage and the downward step protrusion of the male coupling portion may be formed of one elastic coupling portion 46, and may be fitted to one side of the valley portion. That is, as shown in FIG. 8, the male coupling part of the present invention forms a fitting protrusion 47 so as to protrude from the valley part 20, and one elastic coupling part 46 integrally formed with an insertion table and a downward step protrusion. After forming a, it may be formed by fitting the elastic coupling portion 46 to the fitting protrusion 47. At this time, the elastic coupling portion 46 uses an elastic material such as rubber.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the female coupling part 30 is formed so as to be in communication with the defect groove 36 to which the male coupling part 40 is coupled and the coupling groove 36. 36) comprises an insertion groove 35 for guiding the male coupling portion 40 into.

That is, the female coupling portion 30 is connected to the flat plate portion 10 and protrudes horizontally and has a predetermined height (h2) at the end of the lower support 31 and protrudes upwardly An upward step protrusion 32, an upper support 33 positioned above the upward step protrusion 32, and a vertical support 34 for supporting the upper support 33 to the flat plate 10; An insertion groove 35 positioned between the upward step protrusion 32 and the upper support 33, and the lower groove 31, the upward step protrusion 32, and the upper support 33 communicate with the insertion groove 35. And a coupling groove 36 formed by the vertical support 34.

The lower supporter 31 is formed integrally with the flat plate portion 10 and protrudes from the flat plate portion 10 to have a predetermined length in the horizontal direction.

The upward step protrusion 32 is formed to protrude upward and to be positioned at the end of the lower support 31, and a contact surface 37 is formed at one side of the male coupling part 40 inserted into the coupling groove 36. The contact prevents the separation of the water coupling portion 40.

The lower support 31 and the upward step protrusion 32 are formed to have an overall 'b' shape so as to correspond to the male coupling part 40 having a 'b' shape.

The upper support 33 and the vertical support 34 are for preventing the upper direction departure of the male coupling portion 40 inserted into the coupling groove 36, the vertical support 34 is perpendicular to the flat plate 10 Is protruded, and the upper support 33 is protruded so as to protrude in the sound absorbing panel outer direction (A) at the end of the vertical support 34 and spaced a predetermined distance (L) from the upward step protrusion (32).

The outer edge 38 of the upward step protrusion 32 and the outer edge 39 of the upper support 33 are edge picked or rounded.

The insertion groove 35 is for guiding the male coupling part 40 into the coupling groove 36, and increases the space, that is, the predetermined distance L, between the upward step protrusion 32 and the upper support 33. h3) means the space formed. At this time, the height (h3) of the insertion groove is preferably the height (h4) of the male coupling portion 40, that is, 85 to 110% of the height from the insertion step 41 to the downward step projection 42, preferably It is formed so as to correspond to 90 to 105%, more preferably 95 to 103%. Such a ratio of the height is made by the predetermined force applied in consideration of the elasticity of the sound absorbing panel 100 of the present invention made of PVC material, the insertion and separation of the water coupling portion 40 through the insertion groove 35 is possible. When the predetermined force is removed, the natural separation phenomenon of the male coupling part 40 through the insertion groove 35 is caused by the contact between the downward step protrusion 42 of the male coupling part and the upward step protrusion 32 of the female coupling part. This is to prevent almost occurring.

That is, when the height h3 of the insertion groove has less than 85% of the height h4 of the male coupling portion, the insertion of the male coupling portion 40 through the insertion groove 35 becomes almost impossible, and the insertion groove When the height (h3) of the (35) is formed to exceed 110% of the height (h4) of the male coupling portion, the fitting of the male coupling portion 40 through the insertion groove 35 is easy, but the insertion groove 35 Through the water coupling portion 40 is easily pulled out.

The coupling groove 36 is a space formed by the lower support 31, the upward step protrusion 32, the insertion groove 35, the upper support 33 and the vertical support 34, the insertion groove 35 It communicates with the outside through, the end of the male coupling portion 40, that is, the end of the insertion table 41 and the downward step projection 42 is inserted.

The sound absorbing panel of the present invention having the male coupling part 40 and the female coupling part 30 as described above is not the coupling by the sliding method in the front-rear direction, but the coupling groove 36 through the insertion groove 35 of the female coupling part. The inner coupling part 40 is coupled to each other by the side fitting method in which the fitting.

That is, as shown in Figure 4, when the male coupling portion 40 of the one sound-absorbing panel 100 is pushed into the female coupling portion insertion groove 35 of the other sound-absorbing panel 100`, the insertion table of the male coupling portion The 41 and the downward step protrusion 42 are fitted into the coupling groove 36 through the insertion groove 35. At this time, the outer edge 43 of the male coupling portion 40 and the outer edge 44 of the downward step protrusion are chamfered or rounded, and the upper edge of the upper support 39 of the female coupling part and the outside of the upward step protrusion. The edge 38 is chamfered or rounded, so that the end of the male coupling portion 40 is easily inserted into the insertion groove 35 by a predetermined force.

End of the male coupling portion 40 (end of the insertion end and downward step projection) is moved into the coupling groove 36 via the insertion groove 35 by a predetermined force to fit the coupling groove 36, The male coupling portion 40 moved into the coupling groove 36 is not only pulled back through the insertion groove 35 by the relationship between the height h3 of the insertion groove and the height h4 of the male coupling portion, but also in the coupling groove 36. The contact surface 37 of the male coupling part downward step protrusion and the contact surface 45 of the female coupling part upward step protrusion contact each other, that is, the end of the female coupling part 30 having a 'b' shape (lower supporter). And the upward step protrusion) and the water coupling part in the coupling groove of the female coupling part by the contact and the end of the male coupling part 40 having the '-' shape (insertion table 41 and the downward step protrusion). The phenomenon is prevented.

In this coupling, even when the problem of the conventional PCV panel is increased as the installation area increases, the upper support and the insertion stand are contacted, and the upward step and the bottom step are contacted to maintain the bonding force between the sound absorbing panels, thereby maintaining a firm coupling state. It becomes possible.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, the sound absorbing groove 21 is formed even when the male coupling portion 40 and the female coupling portion 30 are coupled as described above.

In addition, the present invention, as shown in Figure 9, the moisture-proof film 50 is further installed integrally to be located on the upper portion of the sound-absorbing panel 100, the moisture-proof film 50 is bone portion 20 and the arm coupling It is integrally installed to contact the upper support 33 of the portion (30).

The moisture-proof film 50 blocks the water vapor which is moved to the upper layer of the sound absorbing panel 100 through the sound absorbing hole 22, thereby fixing the concrete slab and the metal material 60 positioned on the sound absorbing panel 100. It prevents the corrosion phenomenon, and thereby prevents the separation of the sound absorbing panel and the fall of the sound absorbing panel from the fixing means (60).

As the moisture proof film 50, a polyvinyl chloride sheet, a polyethylene sheet, or the like, a known moisture proof film is used.
