Abstract

課題　異種ネットワークをまたいでシームレスに通信をハンドオーバする通信装置及びシステムを提供する。 解決手段　互いに接続される複数のネットワーク上の複数の通信装置間で通信を行なう通信システムにおいて、第１のネットワーク２０上で通信中の通信装置１０が、当該第１のネットワークと種類の異なる第２のネットワーク３０にハンドオーバする際に、通信装置が、ハンドオーバ完了までの間、前記第１のネットワークと第２のネットワークを同時に用いて通信相手装置５０との間でデータを送受信する。
