Abstract
流体中に存在する物体の影響を受けることなく低速流体から効果的に動力を取り出すことができる流体式動力装置及びこれを備えた流体式発電装置を提供する。 流体式動力装置2は、水流Wに対して略直角な方向に延在する揺動軸11を中心に揺動自在な揺動部材10と、揺動軸11と平行な回動軸21を介して揺動部材10の上流側及び下流側に各々回動自在に取り付けられ水流W及び揺動軸11に対して略直角な方向における力を発生させる一対の翼20と、水流Wに対する翼20の迎え角を変化させ上流側及び下流側の翼20に相互に反対方向の力を発生させて翼20の往復運動を実現させる迎角可変手段と、翼20の往復運動を出力軸30の回転運動に変換する動力変換手段と、を備える。流体式発電装置1は、流体式動力装置2と、出力軸30の回転運動により電力を発生させる発電機3と、を備える。
