为了克服现有压紧机构的不足, 实现可靠的压饼方式, 本实用新型提供 了一种咖啡机酿造装置的摇臂滑块锁紧机构,该锁紧机构能可靠压紧咖啡饼。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:

当压盖 1处于打开位置时, 活塞 5在滑块 4的带动下沿活塞支架 8垂直 向上运动直至活塞 5离开咖啡篮 7, 此时即可取出咖啡篮 7 。
当压盖 1向下转动时促使滑块 4沿活塞 5的滑槽 50向右运动;同时活塞 5在活塞支架 8内向下直线运动。当滑块 4运动到活塞 5滑槽 50的最右端时, 活塞 5正好压紧咖啡篮 7内的咖啡饼; 酿造装置的密封圈 6与咖啡篮 7紧密 结合, 构成咖啡酿造腔。 此时, 滑块 4偏离安装轴 2与活塞 5形成的平面饼 与挡筋 500相抵, 即使活塞 5内有压力时不会因为滑块 4的移动而产生密封 不良或压盖抬起现象。
