Abstract

　本発明は、塩基性線維芽細胞増殖因子及び／又はその同族体を担持させたアガロースハイドロゲルを含有してなる徐放性製剤を提供する。好ましい徐放性製剤は、アガロースハイドロゲルがアガロースのみから調製されるもの、又は粒子状である。本発明はまた、前記徐放性製剤を製造するための、塩基性線維芽細胞増殖因子及び／又はその同族体とアガロースハイドロゲルの使用、並びに前記徐放性製剤及び当該徐放性製剤を血管新生促進又は組織再生に使用することができること又は使用すべきであることを記載した当該徐放性製剤に関する記載物を含む商業パッケージを提供する。
