Abstract

L'invention concerne une préparation de dispersion solide médicinale contenant un composé de cilnidipine. Elle a une solubilité dans l'eau élevée et, par conséquent, une solubilité élevée dans le tractus digestif. Elle a une aptitude élevée à la biodisponibilité. La préparation de dispersion solide médicinale comprend : de la cilnidipine ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celle-ci ; et un polymère soluble dans l'eau spécifique (à savoir, une cellulose spécifique, un dérivé de celle-ci, un polymère synthétique, un polymère naturel ou un saccharide).
