Abstract

　レイヤスイッチに起因する異音の発生を抑制する復号装置。この復号装置では、第１レイヤ復号部（２０２）は、第１レイヤ符号化データに対して復号処理を行い、第１レイヤ復号信号を生成し、第２レイヤ復号部（２０３）は、第２レイヤ符号化データに対して復号処理を行い、第１レイヤ復号誤差信号を生成し、加算部（２０４）は、第１レイヤ復号信号と第１レイヤ復号誤差信号の加算を行い、第２レイヤ復号信号を生成し、切替部（２０５）は、レイヤ情報に基づき、第１レイヤ復号信号と第２レイヤ復号信号とを切り替えて出力し、ポストフィルタ（２０６）は、それぞれのレイヤ情報に対応する制御パラメータを選択し、制御パラメータの平滑化処理を行って平滑制御パラメータを生成し、生成された平滑制御パラメータを用いて、切替部（２０５）からの復号信号に対してフィルタ処理を行う。
