Abstract
La présente invention concerne l'utilisation d'un polymère amphiphile pour la préparation d'une composition thérapeutique destinée à favoriser l'angiogénèse sur son site d'administration comprenant un complexe entre un polymère et un PDGF caractérisée en ce que le polymère est amphiphile. Dans un mode de réalisation le PDGF est choisi dans le groupe des PDGFs (Platelet-Derivated Growth Factors) et le polymère amphiphile est choisi dans le groupe : des polymères amphiphiles constitués d'un squelette polymérique hydrophile fonctionnalisé par des substituants hydrophobes et des groupements hydrophiles de formule générale (I). L'invention concerne également l'utilisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la composition thérapeutique est sous forme d'un gel, d'une crème, d'une solution, d'un spray, d'une pâte ou d'un patch ou d'un pansement.
