Abstract

　多分化能および生殖細胞分化能を安定的に有しているニワトリ胚性幹細胞を樹立する。このようなニワトリ胚性幹細胞を遺伝子改変技術に応用可能な細胞であることを評価するために、生殖細胞分化能の指標となるタンパク質を検出する。これにより、遺伝子改変技術に応用可能なニワトリ胚性幹細胞およびその評価方法を提供する。
