Abstract

　振動アクチュエータは、回転子と、振動子と、回転子を振動子に対して圧接させる予圧手段と、振動子に振動を発生させることにより回転子を少なくとも１つの回転軸の回りに回転させる駆動回路とを備える。駆動回路は、各回転軸に対し、回転子を回転させるのに必要な少なくとも２方向のそれぞれの共振周波数に基づいて設定された周波数をその回転軸に対する駆動周波数として、振動子を駆動する。
