门板固定在滑动件上, 要实现滑动件与滑轨的相对滑动, 滑动件与滑轨之间需 有一定的间隙, 由于间隙的存在, 当滑动件在滑轨上滑动时, 会产生抖动, 进而使 门板滑动时产生噪音、 滑动不平稳; 在滑轨出现变形时, 这种情况更为明显。 发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种空调滑动门用滑动装置及采用此装置的空调 器, 采用该滑动装置后, 门板滑动更平稳, 噪音小。 本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种空调滑动门用滑动装置, 所述滑动装置包括滑动件和滑轨, 所述滑动件可 在所述滑轨内滑动, 在所述滑动件上连接有弹性阻尼件, 该弹性阻尼件与所述滑轨 接触配合。
本实用新型中, 滑动件在滑轨内滑动时, 通过弹性阻尼件与滑轨的接触, 可降 低滑动件滑动时的不稳定性, 减少滑动件在滑轨内的晃动, 使噪音降低。 本实用新型的进一步改进是:
所述滑轨为与所述弹性阻尼件接触配合的导槽, 所述滑动件上设有至少一个与 该导槽相配合的导向部, 所述弹性阻尼件至少部分伸入导槽内并与导槽的内侧面滑 动接触配合。 通过导向部的导向作用, 使滑动件沿滑轨方向进行滑动, 而弹性阻尼 件与导槽的内侧面接触, 并对滑动件与滑轨之间的振动进行緩冲; 需说明的是: 本 实用新型所述滑动件只是表述其与滑轨之间的相对位移情况, 并不代表两者的接触 部分只为滑动方式配合, 如还可以在滑动件上设置滚轮, 该滚轮可在滑轨内滚动。
所述弹性阻尼件与所述导槽的两个所述内侧面接触配合。 通过与导槽两侧的两 个内侧面接触, 使降振效果更好, 同时, 也使滑动件滑动时左右两侧受力平衡。
所述弹性阻尼件处于自由状态时, 所述导槽的宽度小于所述弹性阻尼件沿所述 导槽宽度方向的最大尺寸。 弹性阻尼件本身具有一定的弹性, 安装之后, 弹性阻尼 件与导槽紧密接触, 可进一步降低弹性阻尼件在滑动过程中由于弹性变形而产生的 振动, 滑动过程中存在一定的阻力, 使滑动件的滑动更平稳。

实施例一:
请见图 2至图 5, —种空调滑动门用滑动装置, 所述滑动装置包括滑动件 1和 滑轨 2 , 所述滑动件 1可在所述滑轨 2内滑动, 在所述滑动件 1上连接有弹性阻尼 件 4, 该弹性阻尼件 4与所述滑轨 2接触配合。
其中, 弹性阻尼件 4为橡胶块, 滑轨 2为设于空调排风口安装支座上、 且与弹 性阻尼件 4接触配合的导槽 3 , 滑动件 1上设有与该导槽 3相配合的导向部 5 , 弹 性阻尼件 4至少部分伸入导槽 3内并与导槽 3的两个内侧面呈紧密配合接触配合(即 弹性阻尼件 4处于自由状态时, 导槽 3的宽度小于弹性阻尼件 4沿导槽 3宽度方向 的最大尺寸); 滑动件 1上的导向部 5为两个, 沿滑轨 2方向设置; 弹性阻尼件 4 位于两个导向部 5之间; 弹性阻尼件 4两侧各设有一个凹槽 6, 两个导向部 5分别 卡于该凹槽 6内并将弹性阻尼件 4定位; 弹性阻尼件 4与两个导向部 5之间也呈紧 密接触配合(即弹性阻尼件 4处于自由状态时, 两个导向部 5之间距离小于弹性阻 尼件 4沿该两个导向部 5方向的最大尺寸); 弹性阻尼件中心有一个安装孔, 通过 该安装孔可将弹性阻尼件 4安装在滑动件 1上。
如图 1所示, 本实施例所述滑动装置用于拒式空调的排风口位置, 其中, 门板 7通过连接杆 8连接在滑动件 1上, 在使用时, 滑动件 1在滑轨 2内滑动而实现门 板 7的上下移动, 通过加设弹性阻尼件 4 , 减少了门板 7在滑动过程中的振动, 使 门板 7滑动更平稳, 降低了噪音。
实施例二:
请见图 6至图 7, 本实施例与实施例一的不同之处在于, 所述导向部 5只有一 个, 与实施例一相比., 结构相对简单, 其原理与实施例一相同, 此处不再赘述。

5、 如权利要求 2所述空调滑动门用滑动装置, 其特征在于: 所述滑动件(1) 上的所述导向部 (5) 为至少两个, 沿所述滑轨(2) 方向设置。
6、 如权利要求 5所述空调滑动门用滑动装置,其特征在于:所述弹性阻尼件( 4 ) 位于两个所述导向部 (5)之间。
7、 如权利要求 6所述空调滑动门用滑动装置,其特征在于:所述弹性阻尼件( 4 ) 两侧各设有一个凹槽 (6), 两个所述导向部(5)分别卡于该凹槽(6) 内并 将所述弹性阻尼件 (4)定位。
