- the control center analyzes the routes using a database system for storing specifications of registered vessels and navigation information, an artificial intelligence vessel location estimation system improved by maritime safety engineering and artificial intelligence techniques, and a collision prevention support system, performs a stranding analysis and prevention function through a system for comparing depth of neighboring sea areas and obstacles using location of a vessel and electronic navigation charts (ECDIS), and notifies in advance expected routes of the vessel that is highly dangerous to have an accident and accident avoiding routes derived from the stranding analysis and prevention function to the corresponding vessel through data communication equipment or other existing control methods.

- the present invention is proposed recognizing that accidents of vessels at a harbor or a narrow channel may be remarkably reduced if the vessels may be provided with correct information due to the nature of navigational characteristics of vessels. That is, urgency of an accident between vessels lasts for 3 to 5 minutes when the vessels navigate in a harbor or a narrow channel, and one or two minutes may be used for decision. However, most of vessel accidents in a harbor or a narrow channel are occurred due to uncertainty of expressing their intentions (proceeding routes and the like).

Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système de guidage électronique des navires pour un port ou un chenal étroit. En l'occurrence, de l'information de navigation est intégrée à un centre de régulation à terre, notamment de l'information communiquée par les navires évoluant à l'intérieur d'une zone soumise à régulation, de l'information météorologique, l'état de la mer, les travaux maritimes en cours, la densité en navires, et analogue. Ces informations sont communiquées rapidement et correctement aux navires évoluant dans la zone soumise à régulation, ce qui favorise la sécurité des navires évoluant dans le port ou le chenal étroit. Dans le procédé de guidage électronique des navires pour un port ou un chenal étroit selon l'invention, un serveur de régulation (20) installé au centre de régulation de la navigation des navires dans le port et le chenal étroit traite l'information de navigation pour les navires évoluant à l'intérieur d'une zone soumise à régulation du centre de régulation, convertit un écran affiché sur un afficheur du centre de régulation en une image, forme l'image en tant que base de données d'informations de navigation, et transmet la base de données d'informations de navigation à la zone de régulation, de façon qu'un terminal du navire reçoive la base de données d'informations de navigation et visualise la base de données d'information de navigation sous forme d'une image au moyen d'un afficheur. À cette fin, le système de guidage électronique des navires pour un port ou un chenal étroit comprend le serveur de régulation (20) et un terminal de navire (50). Le serveur de régulation (20) traite l'information de navigation des navires évoluant dans une zone soumise à régulation d'un centre de régulation, affiche l'information de navigation sur un afficheur, et dispose d'un logiciel de transmission de génération de base de données (26) permettant de convertir un écran affiché sur l'afficheur en une image et former l'image en une base de données d'informations de navigation. Le terminal du navire (50) comporte un logiciel de traitement de réception de base de données (52) permettant de recevoir la base de données d'informations de navigation et d'afficher la base de données d'informations de navigation sous forme d'une image sur un afficheur.
