Abstract

 本発明は、血球系又は破骨細胞の障害に基づく疾患に対する診断用試薬、及び新たな作用機序を有する、このような疾患に対する医薬等の開発に有用な手段を提供する。  より詳細には、本発明は、血球系に特異的あるいは破骨細胞分化に特異的なバイオマーカーとして使用し得る、新規ポリペプチド及びその特異的な部分ペプチド、並びに新規ポリヌクレオチド及びその特異的な部分ヌクレオチド;このようなポリヌクレオチド及びその特異的な部分ペプチドの発現ベクター;このような発現ベクターが導入された形質転換体;このようなバイオマーカーに対するアンチセンス分子、RNAi誘導性核酸(例、siRNA)、アプタマー、抗体、及びそれらを含む組成物;このようなバイオマーカーの発現又は機能が調節された、哺乳動物細胞又は非ヒト哺乳動物;このようなバイオマーカーの測定用手段(例、プライマーセット、核酸プローブ、抗体、アプタマー)、及びそれらを含む試薬などを提供する。
