帳票に入力された入力情報の確認又は承認において、使用者にとっての負荷を大きく増大させることなく、ヒューマンエラーを効果的に抑止する確認支援システム及びコンピュータプログラムを提供する。 複数の入力項目を有する帳票の指定を受け付け、指定した帳票の確認を要求する入力項目の指定を受け付け、指定した帳票の入力項目に対する確認の方法の指定を受け付け、受け付けた帳票を示す情報、入力項目、確認の方法等の確認の設定を、使用者を識別する使用者識別情報に対応付けて記録する。そして入力情報の確認を行う場合に、確認を行う使用者の使用者識別情報に対応付けて記録している確認の設定を読み取り、読み取った設定に基づいて、入力情報の再入力を受け付ける。
