Description

STRUCTURE AND OUTLINE SYSTEM FOR HERMETICAL AND ACOUSTIC SEALING IN SLIDING WINDOWS AND DOORS.
The present invention relates to the closing of gaps, which involves a system of door and window frames, sliding windows and doors, in order to provide sealing around the entire perimeter of the foil against any kind of noise and fluid entry, with efficient acoustic without the foil being ejected out of its own limits. Prior Art It is possible to affirm that the sealing and insulating factor is one of the decisive elements when it comes to a project of window and door frames designed for any kind of use in commercial and residential buildings, as well as boats, trains, etc. Currently, depending on the region, on the installation of window and door frames, an efficient acoustic insulation becomes essential.
According to the techniques currently known, door and window frames with great acoustic insulation mean that they function as a "cap" to the tightness of some external agents (such as water, air, ventilation) , as door and window frames of the type maxim-air, ejecting, sliding / pivoting or with a spinning system, opening or pivoting with stop on the four sides of its perimeter. The use of sliding door and window frames to run is not advisable due to the low noise attenuation by the perimeter of the foil, even if we use sealing tapes or other sealing element for this end, such as gasket, rubbers, etc. Even the brushes, which are typically used in projects of door and window frames, they do not prevent the passage of sound, air and water. So much so that the existing technical standards currently allow the passage of air through the window and door frame up to a determined limit, otherwise it would be impossible to manufacture this product.
To improve the sealing in sliding door and window frames, there is a method in which, after its closure, a lever is enabled in order to move the whole body of the foil downward, until the lower width of the foil rests or touch the lower limit or the floor. Thus, the lower part of the foil will have an efficient insulation, but the rest of the perimeter of the foil will not have the same performance, making that the door and window frame, as a whole, not having a good acoustic insulation.
Still, another system, known in the state of the art, using sliding door and window frames, and that despite having an efficient acoustic insulation, incurs a very high cost, in addition to fill up too much space. Basically, the system consists of a door and window frames with two foils. One of the foils is necessarily fixed and the other moves in order to open or close the gap. When you want to open a foil, we trigger a lever and a mechanism with a car of movement and projection arms makes the foil leave its plan, thus, moving transversally toward the inside of environment in which the window or door is installed, remaining parallel the fixed foil, but in a more internal plane. When you want to close the foil, it is necessary to push it, moving it back to its original plan and then, through the command of the closing set it beside the stationary foil, in order to play an effective acoustic insulation. However, to achieve this goal it is also necessary to a prominent outline in relation to the floor in order to provide a lower sealing of the foil. This outline inevitably impedes the passage through that door. Thus, it is necessary to overlap said outline. Moreover, the aesthetic appearance is not pleasant, nor the operation of movement for opening or closing of the foil, once, moving it from the original closed plan to the projected position parallelly to the flat foil implies in opening the closure, pulling transversally the foil to the internal side and then sliding this foil parallelly in order to open the gap .
The system described above, as stated before, is difficult to use because it occupies a considerable portion of the internal area where it will be installed and also because it is not possible to move the second foil. In addition, said mechanism is robust, complex and expensive.
Given the above, there is no current technique that uses sliding windows or doors, which offers an effective sealing as to water, air and anti-acoustic properties, as the effects provided with the use of windows or doors that act as a "cap", as the case of the type maxim-air, projecting /sliding or of the type of to open with a pivoting or spinning system. Moreover, within the above techniques, the embodiment that provides better sound insulation has a high cost, and takes a considerable space at the place where it will be installed. Objective of the Invention This invention has as an object a trigger mechanism system for moving the foils of door and window frames, in particular sliding door and window frames, so that the sliding foil (door or window) is not extend out of the dimensions of its limits. Still, the movement provided by this system is not restricted to one foil only (door or window) , once the mechanism does not occupy extra space in order to allow its opening in the installation place, and does not requires a lower projecting outline to the floor to get a seal, as what happens in the techniques presented above. Finally, provides the continued sealing around the perimeter of the foil.
Another objective of this invention is to provide effective sealing throughout the perimeter of the foil for windows and doors of the sliding type against any kind of noise and fluid entry, with the same efficiency that is obtained for windows of the type "cap" . However, without the complexity and difficulty that this system provides. Brief Description of the Invention
The object of this invention is a structure and outline system, specifically for sliding windows and doors so that after the trigger of command system, by means of a driven device, at first moment, the outline foil is shifted through a set of transverse displacement of said system, so that the foil can be moved transversely in relation to the rail. Thus, the foil will be free to be moved, because it will be no longer in contact with the seals. At a second time that the trigger element is made to work for closing the foil, the sealing is carried out efficiently throughout the perimeter of this foil, through a device responsible for transverse displacement of said command system. Still, this invention objects sliding elements that provide longitudinal and transverse movement of the foils along the rail, and also elements of attachment, sealing and moving due to the coupling between the foil and stops or limits. Brief Description of Drawings This invention will describe in more details the understanding of the drawings on the proposed situation.

Detailed Description of Figures According to a preferential embodiment of the invention, as can be seen from figure 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, an outline structure system for sealing against the entry of any type of fluid and noise in door and window frames, of sliding windows and doors, associated to a displacement device (15) with a set of transverse displacement comprised of pulleys (2) , which are arranged in the rail (3) of frame. Still, the positioning of the sealing element (5), which is pressed by a command element of transverse displacement of the foil (1) named rotational control device of the "fork with lever" type (10) and locks for fixing (4) , as seen in Figures 3, 4, 5 and 6, can be done in two different ways, and here defined, ensure efficiency in the sealing between the foil (1) , the rail (3) and limit (7) , over the entire perimeter.
As illustrated in figures 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, the force performed by the trigger device (6) , of the "cremona" type, transfers the movement to the bars of command (11) , so that the displacement device (15) - with a set of transverse displacement, which includes sliding elements of the plane rolling type (13), preferably rollers - allow such foil to move transversally. Thus, the foils are free to perform a sliding movement smoother than the movement of a single prior art sliding window since the foils are no longer in contact with the limit (7) or with the rail (3) . This movement becomes useful, because the foil slides transversally over said set of transverse displacement with plane rolling (13) , which is part of the displacement device (15) , which is arranged between said foil and rail (3) , without said foil (1) is projected out of the limit (7) . Thus, no extra space is needed at the 'interior where the system is installed, differently from one of the systems described in the state of the art.
Simultaneously, the transverse displacement of the foil (1), according to the figure 4, it is performed the procedure for sealing said foil (1) against the entire perimeter of the limit (7) . Said sealing is performed by the rotational control device of the "fork lever" type
(10) , which is conjugated to the set of transversal displacement through the foil (1) . As said device (10) is attached to the rail (3) , by their rods, having a rotation axis (12) , and said device (10) being driven by the element (6) , preferably of the "cremona" type, and the command bars (11) , which, in turn, press movement on the transition element (16) , with said command bar (11) , which is coupled to the top of said device (10) , which includes a diagonal slot in one of its internal faces, which is responsible for the transfer of linear motion, provided by the command bar (11) for the device (10) , turning into rotating moving around its own axis (12) , which, in turn, in rotation motion, presses the sealing element (5), sealing the outline foil (1) , against the limit (7) . Said rotational device (10) is provided in at least two positions of the foil outline (1) .
Figure 4 illustrates an embodiment, in detail, of the rotational control device (10) , preferably a "fork command" conjugated to the set of transverse displacement through the foil (1) , said device (1) attachable to the transmission element (16) , positioned on the opposite side of the rail (3) . The trigger device (6) , of the "cremona" type, permits that said rotational control device (10) makes a rotation movement around its axis (12) , thus moving the foil (1) on the rail (3) , until it hit the sealing element (5). Once the trigger element (6) is triggered for closing, said outline foil (1) is forced against the sealing element (5) . Figure 2 illustrates a second mode of the set of command of this invention, that after the trigger of said device (6) , provides for the use of bars, with locking devices (8) and (9) , in the shape of a wedge, which force said foil (1) against the sealing element (5) , generating thereby a proper seal in the system. The transfer of the vertical movement of said lock in the shape of a wedge (8) and (9) promotes the transverse displacement of the foil in order to obtain an airtight and acoustic seal throughout the periphery of the foil. When the element to trigger (6) is opened, the foil is no longer fixed to the rail (3) and limit (7) , making it free to the transverse movement of said foil (1) on the displacement device (15) .
Figure 5 illustrates a second mode of implementation of the external position of the sealing element (5) , the use of the rotational device of " command fork" type (10) , so that the outline foil (1) is forced against said sealing (5) element, which in turn touches the flap of said outline (1) in another outline (9) providing thereby the sealing of said system. Figure 6 illustrates a second mode of implementation of the external position of the sealing element (5) , in the use of the device with transverse displacement with plane rolling (13), so that the outline foil (1) is forced against said sealing element (5) , which, in turn, touches the flap of said outline (1) in another outline (9) providing thereby the sealing of said system. According to the figure 7, a second mode of implementation of the set of transverse displacement (15) is the set of "swingletree" which allows that the weight of the foil is distributed in a portion (17) of the structure of said set, which, in turn, is supported on a rigid vertical element (18) , preferably a bar, positioned between the portion (17) and pulley easel (2) . Thus, as described above and as in figure 4, the set confers a movement of transverse displacement in the foil (1) , so that that it tilt the rigid vertical element (18) and confer a rotational movement around its lower end, providing a displacement of the foil (1) against the sealing element (5) .
Still, compared to other forms of implementation of the invention, different types of arm devices can be used for more power for the sealing. But all devices that move the foil on the set of longitudinal displacement, more precisely on the pulleys, have the same principle that is above described. Another method envisaged for the completion of this invention is the set of longitudinal displacement with the use of pulleys (2) that slide transversally in their own axis (14), whose axis (14) is greater than the width of pulleys (2) , enabling thereby the transverse displacement of the foil.
From the example of the preferential embodiment that has been described, it should be understood that the scope of this invention covers other forms of implementation, and is not limited by the content of the claims only, but included the possible means equivalent, which reach the same proposed technical result and that are substantiated in this specification.
