Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé d'annulation d'un achat de programme IPPV d'un canal audio/vidéo ou d'une chaîne musicale dans un système de radiodiffusion numérique. Le système d'annulation d'achat de programme IPPV comprend un serveur de rappel; un système d'informations commerciales (SIC) qui reçoit un historique des achats IPPV et un historique des annulations d'achat envoyés par le serveur de rappel, qui gère une limite d'utilisation totale et un historique des utilisations cumulées et qui gère le nombre de jetons requis; un système d'accès conditionnel (SAC) qui envoie un message de contrôle d'admission (MCA) et un message de traitement d'admission (MTA) au terminal de réception de diffusion numérique, ledit SAC étant relié à un système de gestion de programmes (SGP), établissant une limite d'utilisation de IPPV du terminal de réception de diffusion numérique d'un abonné, gérant une limite d'utilisation totale et l'achat, et limitant les programmes réservés aux adultes afin qu'ils ne soient pas regardés de manière illégale et empêchant les programmes diffusés d'être regardés illégalement par un utilisateur qui temporairement ne bénéficie plus du service.
