Abstract

 本発明は、特定の生体関連物質と特異的に相互作用するプローブを粒子に固定したアフィニティー担体を用い、その生体関連物質を高感度で検出する方法を提供することを目的とする。本発明に係る生体関連物質の検出方法は、トシル化(p-トルエンスルホニル化)または多価カルボン酸無水物によりエステル化された2,3-ジヒドロキシプロピル基を有する数平均粒子径2~30μmの有機ポリマー粒子に、検出の対象とする生体関連物質と特異的に結合する一次プローブが固定化して得られた第一の粒子と、数平均粒子径2~20nmの半導体ナノ粒子に、前記生体関連物質に結合可能な二次プローブを固定化して得られた第二の粒子とを、前記生体関連物質を介して結合させる工程を含むことを特徴とする。
