Abstract

　通信システム上でパケットによる通信を行う情報処理装置であって、前記通信システムを構成する各中継装置は自己が中継するパケットに係るトラフィックに関する情報を取得する機能を有してなり、通信対象としての特定ノード宛のパケットを送信する手段と、各中継装置から前記トラフィックに関する情報を取得してこれを分析することによって前記特定ノード宛のパケットの流れを把握することにより前記特定ノードの位置を取得する手段とよりなる。
