Abstract

　成形樹脂材料は、ポリ乳酸樹脂およびポリカーボネート樹脂の混合物で構成されるポリ乳酸系樹脂と、０．２重量％以上２．０重量％以下の相当量でポリ乳酸系樹脂に添加される内部離型剤とを含む。こういった成形樹脂材料に基づき成形品が成形されると、成形品はポリ乳酸系樹脂から成形される。ポリ乳酸系樹脂には植物由来のポリ乳酸樹脂が混入する。自然環境への負荷は軽減される。しかも、こういったポリ乳酸系樹脂の採用によれば、容易な型離れは実現されることができる。成形にあたってウエルドマーク、曇り（ガス跡）およびヒケといった外観不良は十分に抑制されることができる。
