Abstract

 本発明は、基地局(BS)と無線端末(UE)との間での通信時に、上り方向の通信レートが下り方向の通信レートよりも小さくなるような状況において、UE(1)のバッファがオーバーフローを起こさないようにしたもので、このために、少なくとも1つのBS(30)からの下りデータチャネル(HS-PDSCH)を受信し、当該下りデータチャネル(HS-PDSCH)に関する受信品質情報(CQI)を算出して前記BS(30)へ報告するUE(1)の通信制御方法であって、UE(1)が、BS(30)への上りデータチャネル(E-DCH)の送信レートを監視し、その監視結果に応じて、算出された受信品質情報(CQI)を低下制御する。
