- the present description refers to an application for Privilege of Invention for a new and revolutionary "COMPOSITION AND PROCESS TO OBTAIN MASS FOR PROFILE EXTRUSION AND COVERING", which purpose is to obtain, by means of a new compound, a specific mass which, when applied to a production process, provides for the covering of profiles made of wood or a similar material, so to perfectly fill in pores or imperfections, also increasing resistance and improving results at the end of the covering process, being a specifically developed product which is applied by means of an also specific process to immediately obtain general profiles and frames of wood or similar material with precise and perfect finishing, and this whole set has been developed, despite the numerous tests and studies, in a practical and very simplified way, being thus able to meet the current requirements and demands.

Abstract
L'invention porte sur une composition et un procédé pour obtenir une masse pour l'extrusion et le revêtement de profilés, mis au point pour obtenir un mélange qui, ajouté à une extrusion par compression, assure d'une manière pratique et rapide l'obtention d'un revêtement parfait de profilé de bois ou matériau analogue, en dehors du fait de réduire le temps de travail manuel et le coût. Ce mélange est caractérisé par le fait qu'il est constitué par une résine vinylique en dispersion dans l'eau (entre 20 et 30%), du carbonate de calcium (entre 65 et 75%) et une pâte tonifiante (entre 0 et 5%). Un tel mélange desdites matières ou de matières de remplacement devrait être effectué sous une faible vitesse d'agitation (maximum 500 tpm) de telle sorte que la température peut ne pas dépasser 50°C et l'homogénéisation de produit prend au maximum 45 minutes, ledit mélange tel que préparé étant utilisé avec une machine d'extrusion par compression, provoquant ainsi la pénétration de la masse obtenue à travers tous les pores et imperfections des profilés de bois ou matériau analogue, visant à recouvrir lesdites imperfections par un nombre réduit de passes et à le distribuer à travers toute la surface, lui conférant une perfection et un fini parfait plus résistant.
