Abstract

 ロータの回転によってロータの軸方向に沿って往復移動するチップを複数設け、各チップで互いに位相をずらして移動させるようにすることで、各チップによって、往路と復路とでチップの移動方向が変わるタイミングが異なることになる。このため、一つのチップでシリコンオイルによる圧縮抵抗が増大する方向へ移動しても、他のチップではシリコンオイルによる圧縮抵抗が減少する方向へ移動したりするので、各チップによって生じるトルク変動を他のチップとの間で互いに相殺することができる。したがって、ロータに作用するトルクの変動を抑制することができ、ロータのスムーズな回転が可能となる。
