Abstract

 本発明は、水性ポリウレタン系樹脂塗料組成物に内部架橋剤と外部架橋剤を用いて塗膜の硬度をより高める二液型組成物において、外部架橋剤と主剤エマルジョンとの混合性を良くするために、外部架橋剤を高沸点溶剤にて希釈分散する場合に、塗膜の光沢性を向上させることを発明の課題とし、その解決手段は、(A)成分として、(a)ジイソシアネート化合物に(b)活性水素基を有す脂肪酸及び(c)ポリオール化合物を反応させたウレタンプレポリマーに、多官能ポリイソシアネート化合物とサクシネート系スルホン酸塩を配合し、中和処理後に鎖延長反応を行った水性ポリウレタン系樹脂、及び(B)成分として、(A)成分に分散可能な多官能ポリイソシアネート化合物を含有することを特徴とする、二液型水性ポリウレタン系樹脂組成物である。
