Abstract
A fluid purifying apparatus includes one or more photocatalyst-supported porous bodies (1) wherein porous photocatalytic material is supported at least at entry portions of pores of the porous body; and one or more light sources (5) which emit light that activates the photocatalytic material. The fluid purifying apparatus efficiently removes harmful materials and contaminating materials contained in a fluid.
