Abstract

（課題）　複数のクライアント装置の通信設定を監視する監視装置が、サポート員などの手を煩わすことなく、クライアント装置に対して、通信設定の更新を通知可能とすることを目的とする。 （解決手段）　本願発明に係る情報処理装置は、複数のクライアント装置の通信設定を監視する監視装置において、該クライアント装置の通信可否を判別する判別手段と、該通信設定により該クライアント装置をグループ分けした管理情報に基づいて、通信不可と判別したクライアント装置のグループに属する通信可能なクライアント装置を特定する特定手段と、該特定手段において、特定した該通信可能なクライアント装置の通信設定を判別する通信設定判別手段と、該通信判別手段において、判別した通信設定に該通信不可のクライアント装置の通信設定を変更する依頼を通知する通知手段とからなることを特徴とする。
