Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de rinçage dans un appareil de forage pour le forage de roches, comportant un adaptateur de col cylindrique comprenant une surface d'enveloppe, deux surfaces d'extrémité, un passage axial central qui s'ouvre au niveau d'une surface d'extrémité, et une connexion radiale entre le passage axial central et une ouverture dans la surface d'enveloppe. Le dispositif de rinçage comporte également une tête de rinçage avec un orifice de prolongement axial. L'adaptateur de col est disposé coulissant dans ledit orifice. La tête de rinçage entoure une partie de la surface d'enveloppe de l'adaptateur de col et fournit un premier espace qui s'étend autour de la surface d'enveloppe de l'adaptateur de col dans la région de l'ouverture dans la surface d'enveloppe de l'adaptateur de col. Le premier espace est relié à l'extérieur de la tête de rinçage via un canal d'alimentation. Le dispositif de rinçage comporte au moins un élément d'étanchéité primaire disposé dans la direction axiale de part et d'autre du premier espace dans la tête de rinçage pour fournir un joint entre l'adaptateur de col et le premier espace. Le dispositif de rinçage comporte également au moins un second espace qui s'étend autour de la surface d'enveloppe de l'adaptateur de col, chacun desdits seconds espaces bordant ce côté de chaque élément d'étanchéité primaire tourné dans la direction opposée au premier espace. Le dispositif de rinçage comporte un moyen pour alimenter du lubrifiant au second espace.
