Abstract

La présente invention concerne un amplificateur de puissance capable d'atteindre une grande efficacité et une forte miniaturisation sans addition d'un circuit complexe. Un amplificateur de tension (100) utilise comme réseau Doherty un réseau Doherty de type HPF (106) et utilise un circuit d'adaptation de blocage à haute fréquence (111) comme convertisseur d'impédance d'une charge (112), sans insérer de circuit de classe F (circuit de traitement d'harmonique) dans la charge (112) d'un amplificateur de porteuse (104). De cette manière, l'amplificateur de tension (100) peut ramener une harmonique générée dans un amplificateur de crête (108) fonctionnant comme un amplificateur non linéaire vers l'amplificateur de porteuse (104), de sorte que l'amplificateur de porteuse (104) peut être activé dans la classe F ou dans la classe F inversée, ce qui permet de parvenir à une grande efficacité grâce au fonctionnement dans la classe F à l'état de structure miniature.
