Beschreibung description
Geschirrspülmaschine mit einer pumpendruckseitig vorgesehenen WasserweicheDishwasher with a water pump provided on the pump side
The present invention relates to a dishwasher with spray arms, comprising a circulation pump driven by an electric motor and a water pump provided on the pump pressure side for producing a flow from an inlet to at least one of a plurality of selectable outlets associated with the spray arms, the water separator being at least one Blocking element has, which is positionable by a drive device in at least two Auslaßstellungen, and wherein the water separator has a drive element for moving the blocking element, which is driven together with the electric motor of the circulating pump.
From WO 03/005875 A1 a dishwasher is known in which a plurality of spray arms are provided in a washing compartment, which are supplied via a circulation pump with cleaning liquid. In order not to supply all the spray arms with liquid at the same time, a water switch is provided, which ensures that only a part of the spray arms is in operation, so that the water consumption is minimized. In WO 03/005875 A1, a separate electric motor is used to move the blocking element. For position detection and / or end position of the blocking element, the water switch is provided with mechanical or electrical sensors which act on the program control of the device or the drive control. The control of such water switches requires on the electronic device control a switching output for controlling the drive and at least one input for signal detection of a position sensor. Simple device controllers usually do not have enough switching outputs and signal inputs to operate the known water switches can.
In WO 03/005875 A1 an alternative embodiment is described in which the pump motor, in particular the pump impeller of the circulating pump, is used as the drive device. For reasons of rinsing a permanently moving waterway is disadvantageous because too fast a change between the upper and lower spray arm worsens the cleaning result. In conventional washing machines, which are equipped with a water switch with switchable drive motor, a change of 30 seconds dwell time at the respective spray arm drive and 5 seconds travel time is common.
A dishwasher is known from EP 1 723 888 A1, in which a water distributor downstream of the circulation pump is driven by a turbine. turbines can clog with food particles. Another disadvantage arises from the fact that is flushed during the constant change with reduced spray power. This reduces the cleaning effect.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a dishwasher, which has a simple design water-water drive and still ensures a satisfactory cleaning result.
This object is achieved with a dishwasher with the features of claim 1.
According to the invention, the drive element is driven together with the electric motor of the circulation pump. This eliminates the need to provide a separate control output and a sensor for the drive motor of the water switch. In addition, a transmission is arranged between the drive element and the blocking element, which converts a continuous movement of the drive element into an intermittent discontinuous movement of the blocking element. An expedient structure of such a transmission i 5 includes a star wheel gear.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the drive element is mechanically coupled to the electric motor of the circulation pump. As a result, the electric drive of the circulation pump for several functions is used simultaneously. But there is also the possibility that the drive element has its own electric drive, wherein this drive is 20 energized parallel to the electric motor of the circulation pump controlled by the device control.
To save space and additional components, it is also advantageous, as known from WO 03/005875 A1, to integrate the blocking element in a pump chamber of the circulating pump.

Dem oberen an der Spülraumdecke 2.1 installierten Sprüharm 11 führt der Druckstutzen 14 Flüssigkeit zu.The dishwasher 1 shown in FIG. 1 has a rinsing container, designated 2, which opens into a collecting pot 3 in the lower region. From there, the accumulated liquid is fed via an intake 4 of a circulating pump 5, which is shown in Figures 2 and 3 as a detail. In the washing container 2, two baskets 6 and 7 and a cutlery drawer 8 are arranged, which serve to hold the corresponding items to be washed. The cutlery and crockery not shown in the drawings are irrigated by rotary spray arms 9 to 11, of which two baskets 6 and 7 and the drawer 8 each associated with a cleaning liquid. For this purpose, the circulation pump 5 has three separate discharge nozzles 12 to 14, which are connected via Sprüharmzuleitungen 15 to 17 with the respective spray arm 9, 10 or 11 in combination. Thus, the lower basket 6 associated spray arm 9 is supplied via the discharge nozzle 12 and the upper basket spray arm 10 via the discharge nozzle 13 with rinsing or cleaning liquid. The upper installed on the Spülraumdecke 2.1 spray arm 11 of the discharge nozzle 14 leads to liquid.
For water and energy-saving flushing the spray arms 9 and 11 are operated in alternation to the spray arm 10. Switching between the spray arms causes a water switch 18, which is integrated into the circulating pump 5 as indicated in FIG. For this purpose, a pot-shaped blocking element 20 (see FIG. 3) is arranged in the pumping chamber 19. The rotatably mounted blocking element 20 is provided on its cylindrical wall 21 with a plurality of apertures 22 and movable closure elements 23 with valve function. If an aperture 22 is located in front of a discharge nozzle, as shown in FIG. 3 for the nozzle 13, it is unlocked and the sprayer 10 is supplied with liquid. In front of the nozzle 12 and 14 respectively closure elements 23 are arranged so that these nozzles are blocked and the corresponding spray arms 9 and 11 are not acted upon with liquid. After 30 seconds, the locking element 20 is rotated by about 60 ° counterclockwise, thereby the nozzle 12 and 14 are released (apertures 22 are located in front of the nozzle 12 and 14) and nozzle 13 is blocked (closure member 23 is located in front of the nozzle 13) , The partial rotation of the locking element 20 takes about 5 seconds. This State is held again for 30 seconds, after which the blocking element 20 is rotated back in the clockwise direction to the position described first.
Die Steuerung 34 ist in Figur 1 als Kasten symbolisch dargestellt, die paralleleTo drive the locking element 20 has this on a part of its bottom-side edge 24 has a toothing 25 (see in particular Figure 7), in which a likewise provided with a partial toothing 26 pinion 27 engages (see Figure 4). The pinion 27 is connected via a crank mechanism, consisting of the connecting rod 28 and the lever 29, with the output gear 30 of a star gear. The drive wheel 31 of the star wheel gear is rotated in the embodiment shown in Figure 4 by a separate electric drive 32. This is energized in parallel with the electric motor 33 of the circulation pump 5 controlled by the device control 34. The controller 34 is shown symbolically in FIG. 1 as a box, which is parallel
Control is symbolized by a common control line 35. Alternatively, a mechanical coupling, not shown in the drawings, to the electric motor 33 of the circulating pump is possible. It is only important that the energization of the drive via a single output of the controller 34 is possible.
The drive wheel 31 of the star wheel gear has a circular arc-shaped guide web 36 as idle track and a partial toothing 37, flanked on both sides by catch pin 38. The output gear consists of tooth sections 39 and guide mouths 40, which alternate, in the illustrated embodiment two each. The transition from a tooth path 39 to a guide mouth 40 is formed on each side by a catch claw 41, of which a total of four are present. Below a guide jaw 40 and thus eccentrically a pin 42 is formed on the output gear 30, which is inserted into a bore 43 of the connecting rod 28 with play and therefore rotatable.

In Figure 5, it is in disengaged position with the output gear 30, while running the lower guide jaw 40.1 on the guide bar 36. The drive wheel 31 rotates by the electric drive 32 continuously in a clockwise direction, the direction of rotation for the function of the arrangement shown is not relevant , After the guide jaw 40 has slid over the edge of the guide web 36 (see Figure 6), the fishing claw 41.1 engages the catch pin 38.1. As a result of the further rotation, the left tooth section 39.1 is rotated onto the partial toothing 37 and the teeth mesh with one another. This results in a movement phase with a rotational movement of the output gear 30, which in turn moves the pin together with the connecting rod 28 down to the position shown in Figure 7. The connecting rod 28 pushes the lever 29 from the 11 o'clock position (Figures 5 and 6) in the 7 o'clock position, causing a rotation of the pinion 27. The pinion 27 meshes with its teeth, the teeth of the locking element 20 and rotates it at the 60 ° clockwise described above. At the End of the engagement between tooth segment 39.1 and partial teeth 37, the catch claw 41.2 engages in the catch pin 38.2 and turns the upper guide jaw 40.2 on the guide bar. The movement phase of the output gear 30 ends with it and the blocking element 20 remains in the position assumed for the period in which the guide jaw 40.2 slides on the guide web 36 again. At the end of the guide bar 36, the above-described engagement of the catch claw 41 in the catch 38, etc., repeated, in which case the connecting rod 28 together with the lever 29 is pulled up again and thus the locking element 20 is rotated counterclockwise.
