Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a spray arm device 30 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a spray arm structure 10 and a ring-shaped fixing portion 20. The spray arm structure 10 includes a water inlet portion 11, a first spray arm body 12, and a second spray arm body 13. The first spray arm body 12 and the second spray arm body 13 are connected to the side surface of the water inlet part 11. The second spray arm body 13 is rotatably connected with the water inlet part 11. One end of the second nozzle arm body 13 is formed with an annular first tooth portion 131. The water inlet portion 11 is formed with a water inlet chamber 111. The first nozzle arm 12 has a plurality of first nozzles 121. The second nozzle arm 13 is provided with a plurality of second nozzles 132. The inlet chamber 111 communicates with the plurality of first spouts 121 and the plurality of second spouts 132. The fixing portion 20 is attached to the water inlet portion 11. The spray arm structure 10 is rotatable with respect to the fixing portion 20. The outer peripheral surface of the fixing portion 20 is formed with a second toothed portion 21 and a non-toothed portion 22 that can mesh with the first toothed portion 131. The second toothed portion 21 connects the non-toothed portions 22. When the second tooth portion 21 is engaged with the first tooth portion 131, the second spray arm 13 is driven to rotate relative to the water inlet portion 11. When the second tooth portion 21 is separated from the first tooth portion 131, the second spray arm 13 stops being driven to rotate relative to the water inlet portion 11.
In the spray arm device 30, when the spray arm device 30 is installed in the inner container 40 of the washing appliance 100, the second spray arm body 13 can rotate relative to the water inlet portion 11, so that when the second tooth portion 21 is engaged with the first tooth portion 131, the second spray arm body 13 can rotate relative to the water inlet portion 11, and the spatial angle and the area of contact between the spray liquid sprayed from the plurality of second spray nozzles 132 and the dishes can be increased. In addition, due to the existence of the non-tooth part 22 in the fixing part 20, when the second tooth part 21 is separated from the first tooth part 131, that is, the non-tooth part 22 corresponds to the first tooth part 131, the second spray arm body 13 stops being driven to rotate relative to the water inlet part 11, so that the intermittent rotation of the second spray arm body 13 relative to the water inlet part 11 can be realized, the contact time between the spray liquid sprayed from the second spray nozzle 132 and the tableware can be prolonged, the cleaning effect is effectively improved, and the user experience is improved.
It should be noted that the number of the first nozzle holes 121 and the number of the second nozzle holes 132 may be set according to specific situations. Furthermore, the first spray arm 12 is rotatably connected to the water inlet portion 11 in the same manner as the second spray arm 13 is rotatably connected to the water inlet portion 11, and is rotatably connected to the water inlet portion 11. Of course, it is understood that the first spray arm 12 may be fixedly connected to the water inlet 11. When the first spray arm 12 is rotatably connected to the water inlet 11, the first spray arm 12 may also intermittently rotate with respect to the water inlet 11, so that the contact time between the spray solution sprayed from the first spray nozzles 121 and the dishes may be increased. In addition, in order to avoid the foreign substances from falling into the first tooth portion 131 or the second tooth portion 21, the fixing portion 20 and the first tooth portion 131 may be integrally provided in the housing.
In the present embodiment, the fixing portion 20 surrounds the water inlet portion 11. The first spray arm 12 defines a first hollow interior 120. The first hollow interior 120 communicates with a plurality of first jets 121. The second spray arm 13 is provided with a second hollow inner cavity 130. The second hollow interior 130 communicates with a plurality of second jet ports 132. The water inlet part 11 is provided with a water inlet cavity 111. The inlet chamber 111 communicates the first hollow interior 120 and the second hollow interior 130. The spray arm device 30 can be connected with an external water pipe through the fixing part 20, and when the spray arm device 30 is installed in the inner container 40 of the washing appliance 100, the position of the fixing part 20 can be fixed, the whole spray arm structure 10 can horizontally rotate relative to the fixing part 20, and the spraying liquid sprayed by the second nozzles 132 can be sprayed intermittently and at multiple angles to tableware, so that the staying time of the spraying liquid on the tableware is sufficient, namely, the spraying arm device can be in full contact with the tableware, and then the cleaning effect is improved.
In some embodiments, the plurality of first orifices 121 are arranged in a linear array. In this way, the spray liquid sprayed from the plurality of first spray ports 121 is concentrated, so that the cleaning effect of the spray liquid sprayed from the plurality of first spray ports 121 can be improved. It will be appreciated that the first spray arm 12 may be substantially horizontal with respect to the dishes when the spray arm assembly 30 is mounted to the tub 40 of the washing appliance 100, and the plurality of first spray openings 121 may include spray openings that are open vertically upward or may include spray openings that are inclined at an angle with respect to the vertical. This can increase the coverage area of the spray liquid sprayed from the plurality of first spray ports 121.
In some embodiments, second tooth 21 is arcuate. The non-toothed portion 22 is arc-shaped. The arc length of the non-toothed portion 22 is greater than the arc length of the second toothed portion 21. In this way, the arc length of the non-toothed portion 22 is increased, which further increases the contact time between the spray liquid sprayed from the plurality of second spray ports 132 and the dishes when the second spray arm body 13 rotates relative to the water inlet portion 11.
In some embodiments, the number of the second teeth 21 is plural. Adjacent two second teeth 21 are separated by a non-tooth 22. In this way, in each period that the spray arm structure 10 rotates around the fixing portion 20, the second spray arm body 13 can rotate for several times relative to the water inlet portion 11, so that the amount of the spray liquid sprayed from the plurality of second spray nozzles 132 to different spatial angles can be increased, and the cleaning capability of the spray liquid sprayed from the second spray arm body 13 can be further improved.
In certain embodiments, the second spray arm body 13 includes a connection pipe 133 and a spray pipe 134. The connection pipe 133 connects the first tooth 131 and the nozzle 134. The nozzle 134 defines a second nozzle 132. In this way, the connection pipe 133 can connect the first teeth 131 and the nozzle 134 in such a manner as to increase the installation space of the second nozzle arm 13.
In some embodiments, one end of the nozzle 134 is formed with a mounting slot 1341. The side wall of the mounting groove 1341 is provided with a clamping groove 1342 penetrating the side wall of the mounting groove 1341. An outer surface of one end of the connection pipe 133 is outwardly extended to form a catching piece 1331. The clip 1331 is inserted into the slot 1342 from the inner side of the mounting slot 1341 and is clipped with the slot 1342, so that one end of the connecting tube 133 is at least partially fixed in the mounting slot 1341. Therefore, the mounting manner of the clamping piece 1331 clamping the clamping groove 1342 can improve the stability of the connection between the nozzle 134 and the connecting pipe 133.
In some embodiments, one end of the connection pipe 133 is shaped to match the shape of the mounting groove 1341. This can improve the tightness of the fit of the connection pipe 133 with the installation groove 1341, thereby improving the sealing effect. For example, the body shape of one end of the connection pipe 133 may be cylindrical, and the shape of the mounting groove 1341 may be cylindrical.
In some embodiments, the water inlet portion 11 is formed with a guide pipe 114 extending in the longitudinal direction x of the second spray arm body 13. The outer surface of one end of the guide tube 114 is outwardly extended to form a rotation groove 1141 around the guide tube 114. The rotating groove 1141 has a ring shape. The inner surface of the connection pipe 133 is formed with an annular sliding end 1132 engaged with the sliding groove 1141. The guide tube 114 is located within the connection tube 133. As such, the sliding end 1132 may rotate circumferentially with respect to the rotating groove 1141 when the second tooth portion 21 is engaged with the first tooth portion 131. The provision of the rotating groove 1141 can improve the stability of the rotation of the second spray arm body 13 with respect to the water inlet portion 11.
In certain embodiments, the plurality of second jet ports 132 includes a third jet port 1321 and a fourth jet port 1322. The third nozzle orifice 1321 and the fourth nozzle orifice 1322 are arranged offset from each other in the longitudinal direction x of the second nozzle arm body 13. In this way, the third nozzle ports 1321 and the fourth nozzle ports 1322 arranged in a staggered manner can further improve the coverage of the spray liquid sprayed from the second nozzle ports 132.
In some embodiments, the spray arm structure 11 includes a baffle 112. One end of the baffle plate 112 is fixedly connected with the water inlet part 11. The baffle 112 extends in the longitudinal direction x of the second nozzle arm 13. The baffle 112 is located on one side of the second spray arm body 13. In this way, when the second spray arm 13 rotates relative to the water inlet 11, the one baffle 112 can reduce the amount of the spray liquid sprayed from the plurality of second spray ports 132 to the side wall of the inner container 40, thereby reducing the noise of the operation of the second spray arm 13. In addition, part of the spray liquid sprayed from the second spray ports 132 can be sprayed to the dishes through the baffle plate 112 under the guidance of the baffle plate 112, so that the spray liquid sprayed from the second spray ports 132 can be fully utilized.
In the present embodiment, when the second spray arm body 13 is stationary with respect to the water inlet portion 11, the plurality of second spray ports 132 include a spray port that faces the baffle plate 112, and also include a spray port that does not face the baffle plate 112. Such that the plurality of second nozzle orifices 132 are substantially staggered.
In some embodiments, the number of baffles 112 is two. The two baffles 112 are respectively positioned on two opposite sides of the second spray arm body 13. Thus, the two baffles 112 positioned on the opposite sides of the second spray arm 13 can further reduce the amount of the spray liquid sprayed from the second nozzles 132 toward the sidewall of the liner 40, thereby further reducing the noise generated by the operation of the second spray arm 13.
In the present embodiment, when the spray arm device 30 is installed in the inner container 40 of the washing appliance 100, the two baffles 112 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the second spray arm body 13 and are in a substantially horizontal position. The dishes are typically disposed within a bowl basket, and the bowl basket is typically positioned above the spray arm assembly 30. The two baffles 112 at the water level position can effectively prevent the spray liquid sprayed by the second nozzle 132 at the horizontal position from directly hitting the inner container to generate noise when the second spray arm body 13 rotates, and the spray sprayed to the baffles 112 can be sprayed to tableware under the guiding action of the baffles 112 through reasonable arrangement so as to fully utilize the spray liquid.
In some embodiments, the side of the baffle 112 opposite the second spray arm body 13 is formed with an arcuate surface 1120. Thus, the installation of the arc 1120 can reduce the noise generated when the spraying liquid sprayed from the second nozzle 132 hits the baffle 112, and the arc 1120 can guide the spraying liquid sprayed from the second nozzle 132 to the tableware, so as to fully utilize the spraying liquid sprayed from the second nozzle 132.
In the present embodiment, the upper portion of the baffle plate 112 extends in a curved manner upward in a direction away from the second nozzle arm body 13 with respect to the lower portion of the baffle plate 112. The arc surface 1120 is concave and extends to be curved upward away from the second spray arm body 13. The two arc surfaces 1120 of the two baffles 112 form a U-shaped arc surface with an open lower part. Thus, when the spray arm device 30 is installed in the inner container 40 of the washing appliance 100 and the baffle 112 is in the substantially horizontal position, the spray liquid sprayed from the second spray nozzles 132 in the substantially horizontal position can flow upward along the upwardly curved arcs 1120 and can be sprayed toward the dishes under the guiding action of the arcs 1120.
In some embodiments, the water inlet portion 11 is formed with an annular groove 113. The fixing portion 20 is provided with an annular groove 113 therein. Thus, the annular groove 113 is clamped inside the fixing portion 20 to improve the stability of the water inlet portion 11 matching with the fixing portion 20.
In some embodiments, the water inlet portion 11 and the first spray arm body 12 are of a unitary structure. Therefore, the water inlet part 11 and the first spray arm body 12 are stable in integral structure, and the manufacturing is convenient.
Referring to fig. 7, the washing appliance 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the spray arm device 30 and the inner container 40 according to any one of the above embodiments. A washing chamber 41 is formed in the inner tub 40. The spray arm structure 11 is installed in the washing chamber 41 through the fixing portion 20.
In the electric washing machine 100, when the spray arm device 30 is installed in the inner container 40 of the electric washing machine 100, the second spray arm body 13 can rotate relative to the water inlet portion 11, so that when the second tooth portion 21 is engaged with the first tooth portion 131, the second spray arm body 13 can rotate relative to the water inlet portion 11, thereby increasing the space angle and the area of contact between the spray liquid sprayed from the plurality of second spray nozzles 132 and the dishes.
