Abstract

 基地局の受信するランダムアクセス信号の周波数オフセット量を小さく抑え、ランダムアクセス信号の受信品質の劣化を抑制する。  周波数算出手段(1a)は、ハンドオーバ元基地局(2)のダウンリンク周波数と、ハンドオーバ元基地局(2)から通知されるアップリンク周波数の補正量と、ハンドオーバ先基地局(3)のダウンリンク周波数とから、ハンドオーバ先基地局(3)におけるドップラ周波数を算出する。周波数補正手段(1b)は、周波数算出手段(1a)が算出したドップラ周波数に基づいて、ハンドオーバ先基地局(3)に送信するランダムアクセス信号の周波数を補正する。
