由此可见, 现有技术中, 在开展 PoC 业务时, 具有抢权优先级 的用户终端不能通过一次按键抢占到处于话权占用状态的用户终端 持有的话权, 因此会花费用户终端较长的时间, 降低了用户体验。 发明内容
本发明的实施例在于提供一种授予终端话权的方法, 包括: 基于蜂窝的即按即讲 PoC服务器接收话权申请用户终端发起的话权 申请;
当所述话权申请用户终端为抢权用户终端时,所述 PoC服务器回收 处于话权占用状态的用户终端使用的话权, 并将所述话权授予所述抢权 用户终端。
本发明的实施例在于提供一种授予终端话权的系统, 包括: 话权申请用户终端, 用于向 PoC服务器发起话权申请;
PoC服务器, 当判定所述话权申请用户终端为抢权用户终端时, 回 收处于话权占用状态的用户终端使用的话权, 并向将所述话权授予所述 抢权用户终端。
本发明的实施例在于提供一种授予终端话权的 PoC服务器, 包 括:
媒体处理模块, 用于接收话权申请用户终端发送的话权申请, 将所 述话权申请发出; 话权占用处理模块, 用于接收所述媒体处理模块发出的话权申请, 判断所述话权申请用户终端是否为抢权用户终端, 如果是, 回收处于话 权占用状态的用户终端使用的话权;
抢权等待处理模块, 用于当所述话权占用处理模块回收处于话权占 用状态的用户终端使用的话权后, 将所述话权授予所述抢权用户终端。
本发明实施例提供了一种授予终端话权的方法、 系统和 PoC服 务器。 处于话权占用状态的 PoC 服务器接收话权申请用户终端发起 的话权申请。 当判定所述话权申请消息中携带的话权级别为话权抢权 级别时, 回收处于话权占用状态的用户终端使用的话权, 并向所述话 权申请用户终端授予话权。
由此可以看出, 携带话权抢权级别的用户终端只需一次按键, 即 可抢占到话权级别比其低的用户终端使用的话权, 因此本发明实施例 提供了筒便、 可靠的话权抢权功能, 提高了用户体验。 附图简要说明

图 1为本发明实施例的在 PoC业务中授予终端话权的系统的结 构示意图。 如图 1所示, 该系统包括: 用户终端和 PoC服务器。
话权申请用户终端向处于 TB_Taken 状态的 PoC 服务器发送 TB_Request消息, 用于接收 PoC服务器发送的 TB_Granted消息, 获 取话权。
PoC服务器, 用于接收话权申请用户终端发送的 TB_Request消 息, 当判定该消息中的话权级别为抢权级别, PoC服务器还进一步判 断处于话权占用状态的用户终端的话权级别, 当该处于话权占用状态 的用户终端的话权级别为非抢权级别时,向处于话权占用状态的用户 终端发送 TB_Revoke 消息和 TB_Taken消息, 通知处于话权占用状 态的用户终端释放话权。向话权申请用户终端发送 TB_Granted消息。
需要指出的是, 话权申请用户终端是指向 PoC服务器申请话权 的用户终端。处于话权占用状态的用户终端是指当前持有话权的用户 终端, 即处于话权占用状态的用户终端。
图 2为本发明实施例的 PoC服务器的结构示意图。 如图 2所示, 该 PoC 服务器包括: 媒体处理模块、 话权占用处理模块和抢权等待 处理模块。
媒体处理模块,用于接收所述话权申请用户终端发送的所述话权 请求, 将该请求发送给话权占用处理模块。
话权占用处理模块, 用于接收话权请求, 判断所述话权申请用户 终端是否为抢权用户终端, 如果是, 回收所述处于话权占用状态的用 户终端使用的话权。
抢权等待处理模块, 用于当所述话权占用处理模块回收处于话权 占用状态的用户终端使用的话权后, 将所述话权授予所述抢权用户终 端。
在图 2所示的实施例中介绍了授予终端话权的 PoC服务器的结 构图, 下面进一步介绍该 PoC服务器的内部结构。
图 3为本发明实施例的 PoC服务器的另一个结构示意图。如图 3 所示, 相比于图 2所示的实施例, 该 PoC服务器中的话权占用处理 模块包括: 判断模块和话权回收消息生成模块; 抢权等待处理模块包 括: 话权授予消息生成模块和定时器。
用户终端为话权申请用户终端, 将携带 TB_Request消息的实时 传输协议 /实时传输控制协议 (RTP/RTCP ) 包发送给媒体处理模块, 接收媒体处理模块发送的 TB_Granted消息, 获取话权。
判断模块, 用于接收媒体处理模块发送的 TB_Request消息; 根 据 TB_Request消息, 判断发起话权申请的用户终端的话权级别和处 于话权占用状态的用户终端的话权级别,将判断结果发送给话权回收 消息生成模块。
话权回收消息生成模块, 用于接收判断结果, 当话权申请用户终 端的话权级别为抢权级别,且处于话权占用状态的用户终端的话权级 别为非抢权级别时, 生成 TB_Revoke消息, 将 TB_Revoke消息发送 给处于话权占用状态的用户终端。
话权授予消息生成模块,用于接收定时器超时消息和处于话权占 用状态的用户终端发送的话权释放 ( TB_Release, TBCP Talk Burst Release ) 消息, 当接收到定时器超时消息和 TB_Release消息中的至 少一个消息时, 生成 TB_Granted 消息, 将该消息发送给话权申请用 户终端。 当接收到 TB_Release消息, 并从该消息中获取到处于话权 占用状态的用于终端的最后一个媒体包发送出去的消息时, 生成 TB_Granted 消息。 定时器, 用于定时, 将定时器超时消息发送给话权授予消息生成 模块。
需要指出的是, 本发明的实施例给出了对 PoC服务器中的媒体 处理模块、话权占用处理模块和抢权等待处理模块进行进一步划分的 结构示意图; 但该实施例是本发明技术方案的一个较佳实施例, 并非 限制本发明的保护范围; 其他组合方式, 例如, 包含媒体处理模块、 话权占用处理模块、 话权授予消息生成模块和定时器的 PoC服务器, 或者包含媒体处理模块、 判断模块、 话权回收消息生成模块和抢权等 待处理模块的 PoC服务器等也在本发明的保护范围之内。
在图 1、 图 2和图 3所示的实施例中, 介绍了在 PoC业务中授予 终端话权的系统和 PoC。 在接下来图 4所示的实施例中, 介绍携带有 抢权级别的话权优先级的用户终端抢占处于话权占用状态的用户终 端使用的话权的方法。
图 4为本发明实施例的在 PoC业务中授予终端话权的方法的流 程示意图。 如图 4所示, 该流程包括以下步骤:
步骤 401 : 处于 TB_Taken状态的 PoC服务器接收话权申请用户 终端发起的话权申请。
在本步骤中,话权申请用户终端向处于 TB_Taken状态的 PoC服 务器发起 TB_Request消息,在该 TB_Request消息中携带话权申请用 户终端的话权级别。
步骤 402: PoC服务器判断该用户终端的话权级别, 当该话权级 别为抢权级别时, 执行步骤 403; 否则, 执行步骤 406。
在本步骤中, PoC服务器通过判断话权申请用户终端的话权级别 是否为 3 , 当该用户终端的话权级别为 3 , 则判定该话权申请用户终 端的话权级别为抢权级别。 步骤 403 : PoC服务器判断处于话权占用状态的用户终端的话权 级别, 当该话权级别不是抢权级别时, 执行步骤 404; 否则, 执行步 骤 406。
在本步骤中, PoC服务器通过判断处于话权占用状态的用户终端 的话权级别是否为 3 , 如果该用户终端的话权级别不是 3 , 则判定该 处于话权占用状态的用户终端的话权级别不是抢权级别。
步骤 404: PoC服务器回收处于话权占用状态的用户终端使用的 话权, 并向话权申请用户终端授予话权。
在本步骤, PoC服务器接收到该 TB_Request消息后, 向处于话 权占用状态的用户终端发送 TB_Revoke 消息, 进入抢权等待 ( TB_Revoke pre_emptive ) 状态。 处于抢权等待状态的 PoC服务器 向处于话权占用状态的用户终端发送 TB_Taken消息, 通知该用户释 放话权, 并向话权申请用户终端发送 TB_Granted消息, 向其授予话 权。
步骤 405: 处于话权占用状态的用户终端释放话权, 话权申请用 户终端获取话权。
步骤 406: 结束本流程。
在图 4所示的实施例中介绍了在 PoC 业务中携带抢权优先级的 用户终端抢占处于话权占用状态的用户终端使用的话权的方法的流 程。 其中, 步骤 402和步骤 403可以倒换, PoC服务器可以先判断话 权申请用户终端的话权级别,也可以先判断处于话权占用状态的用户 终端的话权级别。
在接下来图 5所示的实施例中,介绍通过使用本发明实施例的技 术方案, 在抢权过程中 PoC服务器的话权状态转变过程。
图 5为本发明实施例的 PoC服务器在授予终端话权的过程中状 态转换的流程示意图。 如图 5所示,
状态 501 : PoC服务器处于 TB_Taken状态。
在本状态中, 如果 PoC服务器一直处于接收和发送媒体包的状 态, 贝 ij PoC服务器会一直处于 TB_Taken状态。
状态 502: PoC 服务器从 TB_Taken 状态向 TB_Revoke pre_emptive状态转变。
在本状态中, PoC 服务器收到话权申请用户终端发出的 TB_Request 消息, 当判断该消息中携带的话权级别为抢权优先级, 且处于话权占用状态的用户终端的话权级别不是抢权级别时,向处于 话权占用状态的用户终端发送 TB_Revoke 消息, 并向 TB_Revoke pre_emptive状态转变。
状态 503 : PoC月良务器进入 TB_Revoke pre_emptive状态。
在本状态中, PoC服务器进入 TB_Revoke pre_emptive状态后, 立即启动定时器。 处于 TB_Revoke pre_emptive状态的 PoC 务器接 收处于话权占用状态的用户终端发送的 TB_Realse消息,如果该消息 中没有携带最后一个媒体包序号消息, 或者, 定时器没有超时, PoC 月良务器会一直处于 TB_Revoke pre_emptive状态。
状态 504 : PoC 月良务器从 TB_Revoke pre_emptive 状态向 TB_Taken状态转变。
在本状态中, PoC服务器从到中获取到最后一个媒体包序号的消 息, 表示处于话权占用状态的用户终端将最后一个媒体包发送出去, 或者状态 504中启动的定时器超时。在向处于话权占用状态的用户终 端发送 TB_Taken 消息, 并且向话权申请用户终端发送 TB_Granted 消息后, 转变为 TB_Taken状态。
与现有技术相比, 在图 5所示的实施例中, 当 PoC服务器接收 到话权申请用户终端发出的携带抢权优先级的 TB_Request消息后, 自动进入 TB_Revoke pre_emptive状态, 在规定时间内收回处于话权 占用状态的用户终端释放话权。 当处于话权占用状态的用户终端释放 话权后, 立刻将话权授予话权申请用户终端, 同时进入 TB_Taken状 态。因此,可以允许话权申请用户终端使用一次按键即可抢占到话权。
图 6为本发明实施例的在 PoC业务中授予终端话权的方法的另 一个流程示意图。 如图 6所示, 该流程包括:
步骤 601: 用户终端 B向 PoC服务器发起 TB_Request消息。 在本步骤中, 用户终端 A持有话权, PoC服务器处于 TB_Taken 状态。 用户终端 B向 PoC月良务器发起 TB_Request消息。
步骤 602: PoC服务器判断用户终端 B和用户终端 A所持有话权 优先级的高低, 如果用户终端 B的话权优先级高于用户终端 A的话 权优先级, 则执行步骤 603 , 否则执行步骤 608。
在本步骤中, 比较用户终端 B和用户终端 A话权优先级的方法 与现有技术相同, 为了筒洁, 这里就不做赘述。
步骤 603: PoC服务器判断用户终端 B的话权优先级是否为抢权 优先级, 如果是则执行步骤 604, 否则执行步骤 608。
在本步骤中, PoC服务器判断用户终端 B持有的话权优先级是否 为 3 , 如果为 3则判定用户终端 B的话权优先级为抢权优先级, 执行 步骤 604; 否则, 判定用户终端 B的话权优先级不是抢权优先级, 执 行步骤 608。
步骤 604: PoC月良务器向用户终端 A发送 TB_Revoke消息。 步骤 605: 定时器超时, 或者 PoC服务器接收用户终端 A发送 的最后一个媒体包序号的消息。
在本步骤中, 当 PoC服务器由 TB_Taken状态进入 TB_Revoke pre_emptive状态时, PoC服务器启动定时器, 如果定时器超时, 或 PoC服务器接收用户终端 A在 TB_Release消息中携带的最后一个媒 体序号的消息, 表示用户终端 A将最后一个媒体包发送出去。
步骤 606: PoC服务器向用户终端 A发送 TB_Taken消息, 向用 户终端 B发送 TB_Granted消息。
在本步骤中, PoC服务器向用户终端 A发送 TB_Taken消息, 通 知用户终端 A 彻底释放话权。 PoC 月良务器向用户终端 B 发送 TB_Granted消息, 通知用户 B可以持有话权。
步骤 607: 用户终端 A释放话权, 用户终端 B获取话权。
在本步骤中, 用户终端 A释放其所持有的话权的方法包括: 用 户终端 A在接收到 TB_Revoke消息后, 自动释放话权, 或者 PoC服 务器强制收回用户终端 A持有的话权。 PoC服务器强制收回用户终端 A使用的话权的方法为: PoC服务器在向用户终端 A发送 TB_Taken 消息之后, 立刻启动定时器, 监控用户终端 A释放话权的时间, 如 果定时器超时,用户终端 A仍没有释放话权, PoC服务器强制收回用 户终端 A使用的话权。
步骤 608: 结束本流程。
至此, 完成了用户终端 B抢占用户终端 A话权的操作。
需要指出的是, 在本实施例中, 可以先判断用户终端 B 是否为 抢权用户终端, 如果是, 再判断用户终端 B和用户终端 A所持有话 权优先级的高低。 如果用户终端 B的话权优先级高于用户终端 A的 话权优先级, 执行步骤 604。 此外, 在本实施例中, 用户终端 B为话 权申请用户终端, 用户终端 A为处于话权占用状态的用户终端。
比较图 4和图 6所示的实施例, 可以看出, 图 4所示实施例的方 案为: PoC服务器先判断话权申请用户终端的话权级别是否为抢权级 别, 如果是, 再判断处于话权占用状态的用户终端的话权级别是否为 抢权级别,如果该处于话权占用状态的用户终端的话权级别不是抢权 级别, 执行步骤 404和步骤 405的操作。 图 6所示实施例的具体方案 为: PoC服务器判断话权申请用户终端的话权级别是否高于处于话权 占用状态的用户终端的话权级别, 如果是, 再判断话权申请用户终端 的话权级别是否为抢权优先级, 如果为抢权优先级, 则执行后续步骤 604~步骤 607的操作。
在本实施例中,处于 TB_Revoke pre_emptive状态的 PoC服务器, 在接收到用户终端 A 发送的 TB_Release 消息后, 仍循环进入 TB_Revoke pre_emptive状态。在图 1所示的实施例中,处于 TB_Taken 状态的 PoC 月良务器在向用户终端 A 发送 TB_Revoke 消息后进入 TB_Revoke pending状态。 在本发明实施例中, 处于 TB_Taken状态 的 PoC 月良务器, 在向用户终端 B 发送 TB_Granted 消息后进入 TB_Revoke pending状态。
在介绍本发明实施例所提供的在 PoC 业务中授予终端话权的方 法和系统时, 介绍了 PoC服务器话权状态机中的 TB_Taken状态、 TB_Revoke pending状态和 TB_Revoke pre_emptive状态。对于本发明 实施例提供的 PoC 服务器话权状态机中的其他状态的, 及各状态之 间的转换过程与现有技术完全相同, 例如, 从 TB_Idle 状态转变成 Releasing 状态, 为了筒洁, 这里就不做赘述。 本发明实施例只是在 PoC服务器话权状态机中加入了 TB_Revoke pre_emptive状态及相应 处理, 而不改动其他方案, 不影响移动开放联盟( OMA, Open Mobile Alliance ) 规范中定义的话权迁移状态流程, 因此不会影响到其他方 面的用户体验。
总之, 以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本 发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种授予终端话权的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
基于蜂窝的即按即讲 PoC服务器接收话权申请用户终端发起的话权 申请;
当所述话权申请用户终端为抢权用户终端时, 所述 PoC服务器回收 处于话权占用状态的用户终端使用的话权, 并将所述话权授予所述抢权 用户终端。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 PoC服务器回 收处于话权占用状态的用户终端使用的话权包括:
判断所述处于话权占用状态的用户终端是否为抢权用户终端, 当所 述处于话权占用状态的用户终端为非抢权用户终端时, 回收所述处于话 权占用状态的用户终端使用的话权。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 PoC服务器回 收处于话权占用状态的用户终端使用的话权包括:
当所述话权申请用户终端的话权级别高于所述处于话权占用状态的 用户终端的话权级别时; 回收所述处于话权占用状态的用户终端使用的 话权。
4、根据权利要求 2或 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述话权申请用 户终端为抢权用户终端包括:
当所述话权申请中携带的话权级别为抢权级别时, 判定所述话权申 请用户终端为抢权用户终端。
5、 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 进一步包括: 所述 PoC服务器向处于话权占用状态的用户终端发送话权回收消 息, 所述 PoC服务器进入抢权等待状态;
所述 PoC服务器回收处于话权占用状态的用户终端使用的话权包 括:
所述处于抢权等待状态的 PoC服务器向所述处于话权占用状态的用 户终端发送话权占用消息;
所述处于话权占用状态的用户终端接收所述话权占用消息, 释放所 述话权。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 将所述话权授予所述 抢权用户终端包括:
向所述抢权用户终端发送话权授予消息;
所述抢权用户终端接收所述话权授予消息, 获取所述话权。
7、 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 PoC服务 器回收处于话权占用状态的用户终端使用的话权包括:
启动定时器, 当定时器超时时, 所述 PoC服务器回收处于话权占用 状态的用户终端使用的话权; 或
当所述处于话权占用状态的用户终端的最后一个媒体包发送出去 时, 所述 PoC服务器回收处于话权占用状态的用户终端使用的话权。
8、根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 将所述话权授予所述 抢权用户终端之后, 进一步包括:
所述 PoC服务器由抢权等待状态进入话权占用状态, 为所述抢权用 户终端提供业务。
9、 一种授予终端话权的系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
话权申请用户终端, 用于向 PoC服务器发起话权申请;
PoC服务器, 当所述话权申请用户终端为抢权用户终端时, 回收处 于话权占用状态的用户终端使用的话权, 并向将所述话权授予所述抢权 用户终端。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 PoC服务器包 括:
媒体处理模块, 用于接收所述话权申请用户终端发送的所述话权申 请, 将所述话权申请发出;
所述话权占用处理模块, 用于接收所述媒体处理模块发出的话权申 请, 判断所述话权申请用户终端是否为抢权用户终端, 如果是, 回收所 述处于话权占用状态的用户终端使用的话权;
抢权等待处理模块, 用于当所述话权占用处理模块回收处于话权占 用状态的用户终端使用的话权后, 将所述话权授予所述抢权用户终端。
11、 一种即按即讲 PoC服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
媒体处理模块, 用于接收话权申请用户终端发送的话权申请, 将所 述话权申请发出;
话权占用处理模块, 用于接收所述媒体处理模块发出的话权申请, 判断所述话权申请用户终端是否为抢权用户终端, 如果是, 回收处于话 权占用状态的用户终端使用的话权;
抢权等待处理模块, 用于当所述话权占用处理模块回收处于话权占 用状态的用户终端使用的话权后, 将所述话权授予所述抢权用户终端。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 所述话权占用处 理模块包括:
判断模块, 用于接收所述媒体处理模块发出的所述话权申请, 判断 所述话权申请用户终端的话权级别, 将判断结果发送给话权回收消息生 成模块;
所述话权回收消息生成模块, 用于当所述话权申请用户终端的话权 级别为抢权级别时, 回收处于话权占用状态的用户终端使用的话权。
13、根据权利要求 11所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 所述抢权等待处 理模块包括: 定时器, 用于定时, 并将定时器超时消息发送给话权授予消息生成 模块;
所述话权授予消息生成模块, 用于当接收到所述定时器超时消息或 处于话权占用状态的用户终端发送的话权释放消息时, 将所述话权授予 所述抢权用户终端。
