SX 201 , 用于向 AS 202发送主叫回铃音用户的呼叫请求, 所述呼 叫请求中携带主叫回铃音接入码;
AS 202, 用于根据接收到的主叫回铃音接入码从回铃音平台 203获 取主叫回铃音编码,根据所述主叫回铃音编码指示 MRS 204为主叫用户 播放主叫回铃音编码对应的回铃音;
MRS 204,用于根据 AS 202的指示,为主叫用户播放主叫回铃音编 码对应的回铃音。
基于图 2所示结构, 根据具体应用场景的不同, 本发明实施例可以 有多种的具体的实现方式。 比如: 参见图 3, 图 3为根据本发明较佳实 施例实现回铃音业务的系统结构示意图。 如图 3所示, 该系统包括: SX 301、 AS 302、 回铃音平台 303、 MRS 304 、 SHLR 305、 主叫回铃音查 询模块 306以及被叫回铃音查询模块 307。
SX 301 , 用于将主叫号码发送至 SHLR 305 , 查询主叫用户是否签 约主叫回铃音业务; 当 SHLR 305返回主叫回铃音接入码后 , 向 AS 302 发送携带主叫回铃音接入码的呼叫消息。
AS 302,用于在收到主叫回铃音接入码之后,对主叫号码进行鉴权, 判断主叫用户事先设定的回铃音优先信息是主叫优先信息还是被叫优 先信息: 如果是主叫优先信息, 则 AS 302从回铃音平台 303获取主叫 回铃音编码 , 艮据所述主叫回铃音编码指示 MRS 304为主叫用户播放主 叫回铃音编码对应的回铃音; 如果是被叫优先信息, 则 AS 302从回铃 音平台 303获取被叫回铃音编码, 根据所述被叫回铃音编码指示 MRS 304为主叫用户播放被叫回铃音编码对应的回铃音。

SHLR 305 ,用于判断接收到的主叫号码所对应的主叫用户是否已签 约回铃音业务, 并向 SX 301返回已签约的主叫用户的主叫回铃音接入 码。
AS 302与回铃音平台 303之间包括主叫回铃音查询模块 306和被叫 回铃音查询模块 307 ,分别用于向 AS 302传送主叫回铃音编码和被叫回 铃音编码。
本发明实施例基于 NGN实现回铃音业务的 AS,用于从回铃音平 台获取主叫回铃音编码, 并指示 MRS为主叫用户播放主叫回铃音编 码对应的回铃音。

在上述方法中, 所述根据回铃音优先信息指示 MRS 为主叫用户播 放回铃音的方式可以为:
当所述回铃音优先信息为主叫优先信息时, AS 从回铃音平台获取 主叫回铃音编码, 根据所述主叫回铃音编码指示 MRS为主叫用户播放 主叫回铃音编码对应的回铃音;

参见图 6, 图 6为本发明实施例基于 NGN、 采用 SIP实现回铃音业 务的方法流程图。 在本实施例中, 主叫用户已签约主叫回铃音业务, 且 采用本发明的第二种方法实施例, 根据预先设置的回铃音优先信息选择 为主叫用户播放主叫用户自己定制的回铃音或被叫用户定制的回铃音。 具体流程如下:
601、主叫用户呼叫被叫用户,将呼叫请求即 Invite消息发送给主叫 用户所在 SX。
602、主叫用户所在 SX通过向 SHLR查询,识别出主叫用户已签约 主叫回铃音业务后, 将 Invite消息发送给 AS。
具体过程为: 主叫用户所在 SX根据收到的 Invite消息, 将主叫号 码发送给 SHLR, SHLR判断出该主叫号码所对应的主叫用户已签约回 铃音业务, 向主叫用户所在 SX返回主叫回铃音接入码, 主叫用户所在 SX再将收到的主叫回铃音接入码添加在 Invite消息中发送给 AS。 AS 收到添加了主叫回铃音接入码的 Invite消息后, 收到振铃消息, 就会触 发回铃音播放流程。
603、 AS通过 Invite消息将被叫号码下发至主叫用户所在 SX。为防 止被叫端局放音引起的混音, 该 Invite消息中包含有一个假的呼叫媒体 描述信息。 604、 主叫用户所在 SX转发 Invite消息至被叫用户, 接续被叫。
605、被叫用户振铃,将携带有被叫用户媒体描述信息的 180振铃消 息上才艮至主叫用户所在 SX。
606、 主叫用户所在 SX将收到的 180振铃消息转发给 AS , 触发回 铃音播放流程。
607、 AS 4艮据主叫用户的回铃音优先信息以及对被叫用户的鉴权, 处理回铃音播放流程 , 具体过程如下:
AS 首先根据主叫用户设定的回铃音优先信息判断是主叫优先信息 还是被叫优先信息:
如果是主叫优先信息, 则 AS通过主叫回铃音查询模块到回铃音平 台查找相关的主叫回铃音编码;
如果是被叫优先信息, 则 AS对被叫用户进行鉴权, 判定其是否已 签约被叫回铃音业务: 如果鉴权通过, 则 AS通过被叫回铃音查询模块 到回铃音平台查找相关的被叫回铃音编码; 否则 AS通过主叫回铃音查 询模块到回铃音平台查找相关的主叫回铃音编码。
回铃音优先信息是由主叫用户事先自主设定的, 可以是主叫优先信 息或被叫优先信息。 所述主叫优先信息为: 主叫用户在等待被叫振铃过 程中, 系统优先为主叫用户播放其自己定制的回铃音。 所述被叫优先信 息为: 主叫用户在等待被叫振铃过程中, 系统优先为主叫用户播放被叫 用户定制的回铃音。
608、 AS通过接口向回铃音平台获取主叫回铃音编码或被叫回铃音 编码。
609、 AS向 MRS发送为主叫用户播放回铃音的 Invite请求。
610、 MRS返回 200OK消息。
611、 AS将携带有 MRS媒体描述信息的 180振铃消息发送给主叫 用户所在 sx。
612、 主叫用户所在 SX将收到的 180振铃消息转发给主叫用户。
613、针对步骤 611中主叫用户所在 SX收到的 180振铃消息, 主叫 用户所在 SX回送 PRACK消息给 AS。
614、 AS回送 ACK消息到 MRS , 指示 MRS开始向主叫用户播放 回铃音。
615、针对步骤 613中 AS收到的 PRACK 消息, AS回送 200OK消 息给主叫用户所在 SX。 MRS通过媒体通道, 如通用媒体网关 (UMG ) 向主叫用户播放回铃音。
616、被叫用户摘机应答,将携带有被叫用户媒体描述信息的 200OK 消息发送给主叫用户所在 SX。
617、 主叫用户所在 SX将收到的 200OK消息发送给 AS, 告知 AS 已经接通被叫用户。
618、 AS向 MRS发送 Bye消息, 命令 MRS结束放音。
619-621、 MRS将 200OK消息发送给 AS, AS将 ACK消息发送给 主叫用户所在 SX, 主叫用户所在 SX将 ACK消息发送给被叫用户。 AS 控制释放 MRS资源后, 连接主叫用户和被叫用户进行通话。
在上述流程中, 也可以主叫用户事先没有设定回铃音优先信息, 系 统为主叫用户播放其自己定制的回铃音。 则步骤 607 中, AS不需要判 断回铃音优先信息是主叫优先信息还是被叫优先信息, 而改为: AS 直 接通过主叫回铃音查询模块到回铃音平台查找相关的主叫回铃音编码。
可见, 本发明实施例基于 NGN 网络实现主叫回铃音业务的方法、 系统 AS及 MRS ,能够为主叫用户播放其自己定制的回铃音。进一步地, 通过本发明实施例能够根据用户预先的设定, 选择为主叫用户播放其自 己定制的回铃音, 或被叫用户定制的回铃音。 综上所述, 以上仅为对本发明精神的展示, 而非用于限制本发明的 保护范围。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

应用服务器接收来自软交换的主叫回铃音用户的呼叫请求, 所述呼 叫请求中携带主叫回铃音接入码;
应用服务器根据主叫回铃音接入码从回铃音平台获取主叫回铃音 编码, 根据所述主叫回铃音编码指示媒体资源服务器为主叫用户播放主 叫回铃音编码对应的回铃音。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述应用服务器接 收来自软交换的主叫回铃音用户的呼叫请求之前还包括:
软交换向智能归属位置寄存器获取主叫回铃音接入码。
3、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述应用服务器根 据所述主叫回铃音编码指示媒体资源服务器为主叫用户播放主叫回铃 音编码对应的回铃音具体为: 应用服务器根据所获取的主叫回铃音编码 解析出回铃音存放地址, 将所述回铃音存放地址发送给媒体资源服务 器;
媒体资源服务器根据回铃音存放地址获取回铃音文件, 向主叫用户 播放回铃音。
