Definitions
- the invention relates to the field of construction and can be used for masonry walls of buildings, socles and foundations, as well as hydraulic and protective structures, including for non-mortar masonry.
- the specified design does not provide reliable fixation of the bricks among themselves, which reduces the strength of the structure made of this brick.
- a known building block having two equally spaced from the ends and the center of the through hole of a cylindrical shape with a diameter of 50-70 mm (preliminary patent PK W 14694, CL E04B 2/02, 2004). To erect a building structure from these blocks, it is necessary to use fixing fittings, which complicates the construction.
- the locking protrusion is made in the form of a part of a rectangular section protruding above the side walls of a size equal to the distance between the inner faces of the side longitudinal walls, and the partition is offset from the end of the side wall by a distance equal to one fourth of its length minus the thickness of the partition, while in the protruding part of the partition is made a recess, the volume of which is equal to the volume of the locking protrusion itself (RF patent JNe 2162500, class E04B 2/16, 2001).
- the specified block has a complex structure and does not provide high reliability of mounting blocks between each other.
- the objective of the invention is to improve the design of the building block mainly for solvent-free masonry.
- One of the side walls is longer than the other and has a L-shaped locking protrusion, the free end of which is facing the longitudinal wall, while the protrusions, the longitudinal and side walls have the same width.
- the implementation of the locking protrusions on the free ends of the side walls simplifies the design of the block and provides reliable fastening of the blocks meyaugu themselves, which increases the strength of the structure.
- FIG. 1 shows a building block, a top view
- FIG. 2 a building block with sides of different lengths for the construction of corner elements
- FIG. 3 is a block connection diagram, top view.
- the building block contains the locking protrusions 1, the longitudinal wall 2 and the side walls 3 connected to it.
- the locking protrusions 1 are made at the free ends of the side walls 3 and face each other, while the distance (a) between the longitudinal wall 2 and the locking protrusions 1 is not less than than the width (b) of the protrusions 1, and the distance (c) between the protrusions is not less than the doubled width (g) of the side wall.
- One of the side walls is longer than the other and has an L-shaped protrusion 4, the free end of which 5 faces the longitudinal wall 2.
- the protrusions, the longitudinal 2 and side 3 walls have the same width.
- the distance (d) between the free end 5 of the protrusion 4 and the longitudinal wall 2 should be no less than the width (g) of the side wall.
- 1, 4 should not be less than the total width of the longitudinal and side walls.
- the proposed building block is obtained by pressing from building mixtures or pouring the source material into a mold.
- erecting structures using the proposed blocks they are installed from top to bottom, introducing the protrusions 1 of one block with protrusions of another block, for this, each of the protrusions 1 of one block is located between the protrusion I and the longitudinal wall 2 of the other block.
- reliable non-solution fixation of the blocks is carried out among themselves and high strength of the erected structure is ensured.
- Blocks with different lengths of the side walls 3 and the G-shaped protrusion 4 are used for the construction of corner elements of buildings and structures.
- the design made of the proposed blocks is characterized by high seismic resistance.
- Solventless masonry allows you to easily dismantle the structure without violating the integrity of the blocks, which increases the usability of the claimed building blocks.
- the invention can be used for masonry walls of residential buildings, industrial structures, socles and foundations, as well as hydraulic and protective structures.
- the advantage of the proposed design of the block is the possibility of solvent-free masonry walls. This ensures reliable adhesion of the blocks to each other due to the locking protrusions.
- the building block is obtained by pressing from building mixtures or pouring the source material into a mold.
- Curing accelerators, plasticizers, waterproofing materials can be added.
- strength-enhancing agents for example shungite powder
- the following materials are used as a mineral filler alone or in combination with others: quartz sand, clay, talc, crushed stone screening, slag sand, basalt, dolomite,
- An inorganic or organic coloring pigment as well as a means for imparting fire resistance, for example, antipyrine, may be additionally included in the composition of the building mixture.
- An inorganic binder (cement) or organic (polymer) is introduced into the mixture for the manufacture of the block.
- the polymer is selected from the group consisting of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polystyrene, polyamide, polyolefins. They can 'be used polymeric waste.
- the building block may also be made of plastic, cermets, pressed sawdust, or other suitable materials.
- the advantage of the proposed building block is the ability to build durable temporary structures, for example, during the expedition, as well as in the conditions of distant livestock breeding. With solvent-free masonry, dismantling the structure will not be difficult. In addition, at any time, you can re-plan the building, erect additional walls or remove them.
- the masonry technology - mortar or solvent-free - is selected depending on the purpose of the structure, its height, duration of operation, climatic conditions and other factors.
