- Instrument for the taking and application of human follicular hair grafts with disposable needles Instrument for the taking and application of human follicular hair grafts with disposable needles.
- a dermal punch That only takes and cuts the scalp but if it transports them, it does not sow them.
- Another interesting patent that consists of a cartridge with springs without pneumatic suction that is capable of taking a single hair through a sliding cylinder that is projected with a piston.
- the disadvantage with respect to the current patent is that it does not have a trap and a sower or guide on the site to be implanted, in addition to only capturing a bit.
- It consists of a pistol with a plunger and a cartridge.
- the tip has a scalpel blade (Scalpelo) that allows sowing.

- Hair Implant Instrument This author produces 3 very interesting designs. The first: It consists of taking several strips of scalp and cut them until you reach several uni or tri follicular grafts manually.
- the second It also requires the previous manufacture of the grafts to constantly feed the cartridge and the injector.
- the third patent is only to place and implant the grafts previously cut and loaded in the gun and the cartridge.
- a cylindrical instrument where a needle goes to carry only hair capillary (follicular) graft inside another needle. And inside the needle goes a cylinder that generates the vacuum when changing the graft inside the needle by 2 positions communicated by a small hole this procedure is only for one follicle compared with the present patent application under study; It is quite slow (one by one) tedious and only implants do not take them as in the current study.
- the second patent of the same author is a needle that has inside a cylinder which rotates and rotates inside the needle and cuts at its distal end. Apply suction at its proximal end, to be able to extract said hair graft.
- This patent is the most similar to the present application under study. As for the mechanics; And idea of all studied.

- the needle (9) is fastened; Fixed and connected to the main body of the appliance by means of the metal bracket (9 ") (see figure 2 and 4) that joins the tip of the body (7 r ) with the needle (2) by means of a screw (9") (see figure 3) the body of the device measures approximately 2 cm. of diameter x 14 cm. long has 5 main parts: Antecuerpo (8) that measures approximately 2 cm. of diameter x 5 cm. long approximately. Body (7) handle (23) tail (20) and tip (inside the pavilion of the needle).
- the whole body is hollow to have a vacuum chamber (29) see. ( Figures 5 and 6) and also between the body and the forebody can be divided into 2 parts by a thread that has a seal "o" ring (24) to find the vacuum in the chamber and for cleaning and maintenance purposes.
- the antecuerpo has a hollow metal handle (23) attached to its side for two purposes. First for better grip; Prehension and maneuverability.
- the tail of the device (20) (see Figure 6) measuring 3.5 cm is observed. approximately 1 cm long of approximately diameter and having a tube measuring approximately 4 cm attached as a cap (21) or telescopic tubular T-shirt. long x 1 cm in diameter; Hollow inside with a longitudinal channel on its left side that measures about a window of approximately 3.5 cm. long x 4 mm. Wide. It has at its distal end of the tail and the window a screw (6) that serves as a stop to the cap so that it does not leave the tail when it is telescoped.
- the function of this cap is to bring the main pusher (25), which longitudinally crosses the entire apparatus in the center as a main axis, to its roof or upper extremity.
- Said axis is a wire of a size somewhat smaller than 16 or 1.4 respectively, it has at its distal end welded the telescopic cap (21) and at its anterior or inferior end a bevelled expanded tip (26) (see figures 5 and 6) that prevents the graft taken by the needle is locked between the light of the needle and the pusher and on the other hand that allows the passage of air in both directions and finally that can slip inside the light of the needle without locking and also prevent the grafts from passing into the chamber empty. (That is, it also serves as a buffer). With respect to figure 2 this is a right side view of the apparatus with the telescope cap on the tail where no new elements appear, the rest of the components have already been widely described in the previous figure.
- this view is a view of the left side where there are no new visible elements except for the needle connector bar (9 ”) with the forearm.
- this is a longitudinal cross section to try to capture the internal mechanism and its movement that has been neatly described in figure 1 paragraph 20 to 30. It also carries the communication (30) with the hollow ante-body with the body .
- the numbers 27 and 28 show the "o" ring to keep the vacuum (29).
- this is another cross section of the apparatus with the telescoping cap and the tip of the pusher (26) retracted towards the pin pavilion (9) and the communication (30) with the antecuerpo and internal hollow chamber.
- Figure 7 shows a 16 gauge needle but can be 14; But with the square tip and bi-bevelled with cutting edge for the punch, and several snacks in its interior (31).
- PCT / MX 2003/000078 consisting of the following:
- FIG 11 shows the square tip disposable needle
- Figure 12 shows the needle made with cutting blade
- Figure 13 shows the mechanism of action of the pusher wire whose bibiselada tip (26) is retracted to be inside the needle but lets air pass and expands to exit pushing the graft preventing it from locking.
- the mechanism and function of the appliance whose application is present; It consists of the following; Since the current state of the art worldwide consists of cutting strips of scalp.
- the needle as it is sharp, is inserted into the scalp up to 1 cm. without reaching the bone because previously this area was dilated (swollen) up to 3 cm, by the use of Subcutaneous anesthetic liquid.
- the needle is not inserted beyond 1 cm. because the side t-shirts (4) serve as a stop in their union with the cart 2 or (3) even though the hair grafts remain inside the light of the caliber of the needle; But these hairs and follicles inside the light of the needle are cut off; Sectioned but still attached to its bed therefore, if at this time the needle were removed the hairs would not leave the receiving bed because they are still connected, but if they would come out of the needle.
- the graft captured by the punch of the needle is captured in the intraguja lumen; It is carried or transported to the frontal receptor areas and by means of a previous incision with the No. li scalpel or the same instrument practices a punch or perforation in each of the receptor areas. This incision is extended to the deep tissues following the - Yes -
- the square tip of the needles takes square grafts which allows that in the normal healing process the grafts are not constricted or asphyxiated since it is well known that the cicatricial contracture when it is round; Squeezes and hangs the implanted neo implants avoiding this problem for square punching with hair follicular grafts.
- the process can be done with 2 pistols maybe three, and the antecuerpo "head" can carry a double mechanism of 2 or more needles to further streamline the process.
- the apparatus whose current request is in the present study; It not only simplifies a whole process but saves personnel; Weather; Costs and less discomfort for patients with satisfactory results in the growth and development of transplanted hair follicles. In addition to not hurt the donor bed.
