Abstract

　本発明は、ＮＧＮ上で、従来のポータルサーバや映像配信サーバを大きく変更することなく、ＱｏＳを保証した高品質な映像配信サービスを実現することを目的とし、本発明の映像配信システムは、ユーザ端末装置、ＳＩＰセッション制御装置、映像配信サーバを備える映像配信システムであって、ＳＩＰセッション制御装置は、セッション確立要求を受けると、ユーザ端末装置と映像配信サーバとの間にセッションの確立を行うとともに、帯域制御装置に対して前記ユーザ端末装置と映像配信サーバとの間の通信路に映像配信用の帯域の確保し、映像配信サーバは、映像配信に必要な帯域分に応じて帯域をさらに確保するための帯域変更を要求する帯域変更要求をＳＩＰセッション制御装置に行い、ＳＩＰセッション制御装置は、帯域変更の要求を受けると、ユーザ端末装置と映像配信サーバとの間の通信路に映像配信用の帯域のさらなる確保を行う。
