The invention relates to a slatted frame with side walls and by means of fitting parts resiliently mounted bed slats. Such slats are known from DE 296 19 494 U1 and EP 273 438 A1. In these slatted frames, the flexible support of the bed slats serves to increase the lying comfort of the person lying on the slatted frame or the mattress above it. For example, if a person lies down on one side, the base on which they are lying slants differently. In order to take these natural conditions into account, resiliently mounted bed slats are used, which, in particular, have the task of lowering the shoulder and pelvic areas of the slatted frame under load and, when discharged, returning them to the normal level.

In the slatted frame known from DE 296 19 494 U1 bed slats are mounted by means of fitting parts, each having a fastened to the respective side wall bearing block having at least one vertical receiving bore and at least one slat holder which has an insertable into the receiving bore pin which itself supported on a arranged below the pin receiving leaf spring element.

In the slatted frame known from EP 273 438 A1, the bed slats are supported by means of fitting parts which have guides, which can be fastened to a side wall, with a limit stop, in which a pin of a holding part fastened to one end of the bed slat is inserted. The pin is supported by its end face via coil springs on a limit stop of the guide. A disadvantage of these slatted frames that the fitting parts are expensive to manufacture. In addition, the compliance function is not reliably ensured because the pins tend to jam in the guides, especially after almost inevitable penetration of dust particles.

The invention is therefore based on the object to form a slatted frame with side cheeks and by means of fitting parts resiliently mounted bed slats so that its production is simplified and its reliability is increased.

This object is achieved by the reproduced in claim 1 slatted frame.

Due to the fact that the fitting parts included supports for the bed slats made of flexible material, it is not necessary for components of the bed slats to slide along one another during the displacement of the bed slats. As a result, on the one hand, it is not necessary to manufacture accurately fitting components for the fitting parts, which cooperate in a leading manner, as a result of which the manufacturing costs can be reduced. On the other hand, there is no risk of jamming the fittings in a bedstead position, which would significantly worsen the comfort.

In the slatted frame according to the invention, in other words, the bed slats support resilient, pillow-like elements which may consist of or comprise the resilient material.

In a first variant, the resilient material is a rubber-elastic material. By way of example, foam, rubber and especially latex are mentioned here.

If the material used is particularly preferably a viscoelastic material, the resilience is damped, without requiring the use of special damping elements for this purpose. The subdued compliance results in a further improvement in lying comfort, since a sudden change in the loading of bedsteads, as may result from a sudden change in position of a reclining person, does not result in over-balance of the bedstead. The viscoelastic material is - most preferably - made of a gel.

In a most preferred embodiment of the slatted base supports are provided with different compliance. Due to this measure, the flexibility profile of the slatted frame in the longitudinal direction can be adapted to the weight and stature of a person through the targeted use of the supports with different compliances. In particular, supports can be provided with different compliances, so as to give the user of the slatted frame the opportunity to adapt the compliance distribution to his needs currently, which may prove necessary due to weight or stature changes.

In order to facilitate the desired placement of supports of different compliance also for the end customer, the stored and / or used supports of different compliance can also have different colors.

Of the illustrated embodiment of a slatted base 100 according to the invention 100, only one side wall 1 is shown in Fig., Which forms a longitudinal side portion of the slatted frame 100. The opposite side cheek is designed accordingly, the cross members are not shown. On the inside, a plurality of fitting parts 2 and 3 are attached adjacent to each other over the length of the side wall 1, whereby the fitting parts 3 differ from the fitting parts 2 in that they are lowered relative to the side wall 1. The lowered fitting parts 3 are preferably provided in those areas in which a greater flexibility of the slatted frame is to be achieved, for example in the shoulder zone 4 or in the basin zone. 5

The fitting parts 2 and 3 respectively comprise two supports 6 and 7 for one end region of a bed slat 8. The supports 6 and 7 are made of resilient material, for example made of rubber-elastic material such as latex, or preferably of viscoelastic material, in particular a gel full.

As should be symbolized by means of the support 7 marked in black in the shoulder zone 4, supports of different compliance have different identification colors, whereby the individual assembly of a slatted frame with supports of different resiliences for the production of a compliance profile adapted to the needs of a person is substantially facilitated.

In Fig. 2, a first embodiment of a fitting part, for example, the fitting part 2 with a support, for example support 6 and a not visible in Fig. 1 bed slat holder 9 is shown. It is understood that the fitting part 3 and the support 7 can be configured in a corresponding manner.

The fitting 2 consists of a plastic molded part, which comprises two projections 10, 11. The projections 10, 11 protrude in the assembled state of the fitting part 2 in corresponding holes in the side cheek 1.

Furthermore, the fitting part 2 holes 12, 13, are screwed through which in the assembled state in the drawing screws not shown in the side cheek 1. In the region of the projections 10, 11, the fitting part 2 in each case has a vertical passage opening 14, 15. In this projecting approximately cylindrical extension 16 into it, which extends from the underside of a bed slat holder 9.

In the drawing, only one of the through hole 14 associated bed slat holder 9 is shown. It is understood that in practice, the passage opening 15 is associated with a corresponding bed slat holder.

The bed slat holder 9 has a receptacle 17, which encloses an end region of a bed slat, not shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, like a sleeve.

Between the lower support surface 18 and the top 19 of the fitting part 2, the support 6 made of a gel material is arranged. It also has a through hole 20 through which the extension 16 protrudes into the passage opening 14. The top 21 of the support 6 is convex.

The bottom 22 is just designed with a step-like contour, so that the back 23 of the fitting part 2 is partially engaged behind by the support 6, so that rotation of the support 6 is prevented by a defined by the extension 16 axis.

The embodiment shown in Fig. 3 corresponds in its function and design substantially to that with reference to FIG. 2. To avoid repetition, will be discussed below only the differences between the two embodiments.

The support 6 shown in Fig. 3, in contrast to that shown in Fig. 2, an upper side 21 ', which is flat in the central region. At the edges are provided with a radius adjacent elevations, wherein the radius is adapted to the outer contour of the bed slat holder 9 '.

Claims

Claims:

1. slatted frame (100) with side cheeks (1) and by means of fitting parts (2, 3) resiliently mounted bed slats (8), characterized in that the fitting parts (2, 3) supports (6, 7) for the bed slats (8) of compliant material.
