Abstract

 基地局装置は、ユーザ装置から報告された伝搬損失が、所定の条件に合致するか否かを判定する判定手段と、他セルからの低電力化の要請に応じて、ユーザ装置が送信電力を下げるべきか否かを示す指示信号を、判定手段での判定結果に従って作成する手段と、指示信号を前記ユーザ装置に送信する手段とを有する。伝搬損失は、ある期間にわたる平均的な受信品質及び所要品質から導出される。これにより他セルからの低電力化の要請に真に従うべきユーザ装置だけが送信電力を下げ、他セル干渉の均一化を図ることができる。
