Abstract

 基地局装置は、ユーザ装置から送信されたリファレンス信号の受信品質を測定する測定手段と、上りリンクに関する無線リソースのスケジューリング情報を含む制御信号を、ユーザ装置に送信する送信手段とを有する。ユーザ装置は制御信号を基地局装置から受信する受信手段と、スケジューリング情報に従ってパケットを基地局装置に送信する送信手段とを有する。或る帯域で或るパケットがユーザ装置から送信された後、該パケットの再送パケットが別の帯域でユーザ装置から送信される場合、或る帯域での受信品質と別の帯域での受信品質との差分を示す情報も制御信号に含められる。或るパケットの送信電力及び差分に相当する電力を合計した電力で、再送パケットがユーザ装置から送信される。
