Abstract

L'invention porte sur une pâte de verre qui présente d'excellentes caractéristiques en termes de compatibilité avec un composant de résine de liaison, d'adhésion à un substrat/résist de film sec (DFR) et d'aptitude au frittage à basse température. Cette pâte de verre peut être facilement meulée par sablage sans provoquer de rupture d'une paroi de séparation étant donné qu'elle présente une résistance élevée de film séché. De façon précise, l'invention porte sur une pâte de verre contenant un copolymère de (méth)acrylate, une résine de cellulose, une poudre de verre et un solvant organique. Le copolymère de (méth)acrylate est composé d'au moins un monomère (méth)acrylate A choisi dans le groupe constitué par le (méth)acrylate de cyclohexyle, le (méth)acrylate d'isobutyle, le (méth)acrylate d'isobornyle, le (méth)acrylate d'éthyle, le méthacrylate de n-propyle et le méthacrylate d'isopropyle, et un monomère (méth)acrylate B ayant un ou plusieurs groupes hydroxy. Le taux dans la composition du monomère (méth)acrylate A dans le copolymère de (méth)acrylate est de 60-99,9% en poids , alors que le taux dans la composition du monomère (méth)acrylate B ayant un ou plusieurs groupes hydroxy est de 0,1-40% en poids.
