Abstract

Se refiere a empalmes aislados para conexiones de cables. El empalme consiste en un conjunto compacto que comprende al menos un conector de tortilleria, dos cuerpos aislantes que están provistos de taladros para el alojamiento/paso de los tornillos de los conectores, embocaduras que incorporan medios de estanqueidad para su adaptación a los conductores aislados de distintos diámetros, junta de estanqueidad para su adaptación a los cables multipolares de distintos diámetros, y junta central para la unión de los cuerpos aislantes.

DESCRIPCIÓN
Empalme preaislado. OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN La presente invención tiene por objeto un empalme preaislado.
CAMPO DE LA INVENCIÓN
El empalme preaislado objeto de la presente invención es aplicable en las conexiones eléctricas con cables multipolares.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Los empalmes existentes hasta el momento presentan diferentes inconvenientes, especialmente los relativos a su instalación y medios de estanqueidad, que en algunos casos los empalmes se van montando añadiendo distintos componentes, por ejemplo, arrollando el empalme con un tejido abierto y aplicando posteriormente un relleno de resina.
La solicitante es titular de patentes y diseños relativos a dispositivos y diversos componentes de los mismos para realizar todo tipo de conexiones eléctricas; empalmes, derivaciones y terminaciones, que mejoran las conocidas actualmente. Los citados dispositivos y componentes para conexiones eléctricas han conducido a la consecución del empalme preaisladό objeto de la presente invención, que elimina los citados problemas relativos a la instalación y estanqueidad de los empalmes conocidos .
SUMARIO DE LA INVENCIÓN Los citados inconvenientes han sido plenamente subsanados mediante el empalme preaislado objeto de la presente invención, el cual se caracteriza esencialmente porque consiste en un conjunto compacto que ya está listo para efectuar las conexiones eléctricas correspondientes, cuyo conjunto compacto comprende al menos un conector de tornilleria, un cuerpo aislante que está provisto de taladros para el alojamiento/paso de los tornillos del conector y de embocaduras que incorporan los medios de aislamiento, tornillos de apriete, y junta de estanqueidad para su adaptación a los cables multipolares de distintos diámetros.
Los medios de aislamiento de las embocaduras están constituidos por al menos una junta aislante y un centrador de cable para su adaptación a los conductores aislados de distintos diámetros y se caracterizan porque mantienen el aislamiento de los conductores una vez realizada la conexión.
Estas y otras características se desprenderán mejor de la descripción detallada que sigue, para facilitar la cual se acompaña de dos láminas de dibujos en las que se ha representado un caso práctico de realización que se cita solamente a titulo de ejemplo no limitativo del alcance de la presente invención. DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS

La figura 8 a, b, c, d, e, corresponden a sendas perspectivas de los conectores y el cuerpo aislante del empalme preaislado explotado, montado, montado con los tornillos y los medios de aislamiento y las juntas de estanqueidad explotados, montado con las juntas de estanqueidad explotadas dispuestas en cada extremo del respectivo cable, y finalmente, todo el empalme preaislado con cables montado.
La figura 9 es una vista fragmentada del cable de cuatro conductores aislados. DESCRIPCIÓN DE UNA FORMA DE REALIZACIÓN PREFERIDA DE LA INVENCIÓN
De conformidad con los dibujos, el empalme preaislado objeto de la presente invención, con la referencia general -1-, consiste en un conjunto compacto que comprende cuatro conectores de tornilleria -2-, dos cuerpos aislantes -3- que están provistos de taladros -4- para el alojamiento/paso de los tornillos de apriete -5- de los conectores (2) , y las embocaduras -6- provistas de juntas aislantes -7- que incorporan los centradores -1 ' - para su adaptación a los conductores aislados -10- de distintos diámetros, asi como las juntas de estanqueidad para su adaptación a los cables multipolares -11- de distintos diámetros, y la junta central -9-, para la unión de los cuerpos aislantes.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1.- Empalme preaislado, caracterizado porque consiste en un conjunto compacto que comprende al menos un conector de tornilleria (2), dos cuerpos aislantes (3) que están provistos de taladros (4) para el alojamiento/paso de los tornillos de apriete (5) de los conectores (2) y de embocaduras (6) que incorporan los medios de aislamiento (7, 7') para su adaptación a los conductores aislados (10) de distintos diámetros, junta de estanqueidad (8) para su adaptación a los cables multipolares (11) de distintos diámetros, y junta central -9- para la unión de los cuerpos aislantes (3) .
2.- Empalme preaislado, caracterizado porque los medios de aislamiento de las embocaduras (6) están constituidos por juntas aislantes (7) que incorporan centradores [I' ) .
