13. 一种配置装置, 用于配置用户设备在加强连接模式公共状态下使用的 用于高速下行共享信道的共享控制信道, 其特征在于, 包括:
通知单元, 用于通过信令通知所述用户设备在公共状态下可使用 的用于高速下行共享信道的共享控制信道的信道化码和 /或扰码; 获取单元,用于从所述信令中获取所述信道化码和 /或扰码; 以及 处理单元, 用于在所述用户设备监测发送公共状态的数据时, 使 用所述信道化码和 /或扰码对所述用于高速下行共享信道的共享控制 信道进行解扩和解扰。
