Abstract

L'invention concerne un agent pour faciliter le développement du cerveau chez un enfant. Cet agent comprend une quantité efficace d'un phospholipide issu du lait ou d'une sphingomyéline. L'invention concerne également une composition alimentaire pour améliorer la nervimotion et/ou la fonction d'apprentissage chez un enfant, laquelle composition comprend l'agent. Pour une absorption directe, l'agent comprend de préférence au moins 0,027 % en poids d'un phospholipide issu du lait ou au moins 0,005 % en poids d'une sphingomyéline.
