Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'acide (méth)acrylique qui comprend : une étape dans laquelle un gaz brut est amené à subir une oxydation catalytique en phase vapeur dans un réacteur d'oxydation catalytique en phase vapeur pour produire un gaz contenant de l'acide (méth)acrylique ; et une étape dans laquelle le gaz contenant de l'acide (méth)acrylique qui est produit est introduit dans une colonne d'absorption et un gaz non condensable est séparé du gaz contenant de l'acide (méth)acrylique pour obtenir une solution d'acide (méth)acrylique. Dans le procédé, la température du gaz contenant de l'acide (méth)acrylique immédiatement avant l'introduction dans la colonne d'absorption est réglée pour obtenir ainsi de façon stable une solution d'acide acrylique à haute concentration indépendamment des fluctuations de la température du gaz déchargé du réacteur d'oxydation catalytique en phase vapeur.
