Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Prüfung einer flüssigen Probe auf die Anwesenheit von wenigstens einer von wenigstens zwei vorbestimmten, unterschiedlichen Sorten Proben-Makromoleküle, wobei die wenigstens zwei vorbestimmten Sorten unterschiedlicher Proben-Makromoleküle jeweils mit einer Wahrscheinlichkeit von weniger als 20 % in der Probe vorliegen und wobei ein Träger mit wenigstens einem Reaktionszentrum bereitgestellt wird, an dem wenigstens zwei Sorten von Sonden-Makromolekülen gebunden sind, die derart zu den wenigstens zwei vorbestimmten Sorten unterschiedlicher Proben-Makromoleküle komplementär sind, dass sie mit diesen spezifisch reagieren können, ein Markierungsschritt zur Markierung zumindest der vorbestimmten Proben-Makromoleküle durchgeführt wird, die Probe mit dem wenigstens einen Reaktionszentrum derart in Kontakt gebracht wird, dass eine Reaktion zwischen den vorbestimmten Proben-Makromolekülen und den jeweils komplementären Sonden-Makromolekülen stattfinden kann, ungebundenes Probenmaterial entfernt wird und das Vorhandensein von an dem wenigstens einen Reaktionszentrum spezifisch gebundenen Proben-Makromolekülen geprüft wird. Die Erfmdung betrifft weiterhin eine Vorrichtung und ein Kit zur Durchführung des erfindungsgemäβen Verfahrens und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer erfindungsgemäβen Vorrichtung.
