Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif d'éclairage à DEL englobant les opérations suivantes: agencement d'un motif sur une plaque de guidage de lumière (3); mise en place d'un couche réfléchissante sur la surface de la plaque de guidage (3) avec motif; et réunion de la surface réfléchissante de la plaque réfléchissante (4) et de la surface avec motif; mise en place d'une couche de diffusion (2) sur la surface opposée à la surface de la plaque de guidage de lumière (3) avec motif; disposition d'une plaquette de circuit (5) avec DEL (6) sur le bord de la plaque de guidage de lumière (3); fixation d'un bloc de la couche réfléchissante (4), de la plaque de guidage de lumière (3), de la couche de diffusion (2) et de la plaquette de circuit (5) sur le cadre (1). Les DEL sont du type à forte puissance. L'emploi approprié d'une couche de diffusion, d'une plaque de guidage de la lumière, d'une couche réfléchissante et de DEL de forte puissance permet de simplifier la structure et la technologie de fabrication, sans le problème d'éblouissement posé par les dispositifs d'éclairage par lampe de fabrication antérieure. La lumière est claire et douce, sans éblouir, et la consommation d'électricité faible. Ce dispositif peut être utilisé pour l'éclairage ou comme décoration.
