Abstract

　光源（１３）が設置された固定部材（１１）と、光源から出射された光を屈折させる光学部品（１５）が搭載され、駆動部（１２）によって光学部品の光軸に直交する方向へ揺動される可動部材（１４）と、固定部材と可動部材との間を連結すると共に、可動部材を支持し、可動部材の揺動に伴って光源から出射される光の光軸に直交する方向へ撓み変形する連結部材（１６）とを備え、可動部材の揺動に伴う光学部品の揺動によって光源から出射された光を揺動方向へ走査させる光走査用アクチュエータ（１０）。連結部材（１６）は、複数対の連結部材（１７，１８）を有し、複数対の連結部材は、可動部材の揺動に伴う連結部材の撓み変形を緩和する１又は複数の変形緩和部材（１９）を介して互いに連結されている。
