Abstract
光記録再生装置によってレーザー光Zを照射して、3層以上の記録層を有する光記録媒体を記録再生する光記録再生方法であって、光記録媒体が光記録再生装置にマウントされた際に、レーザー光Zを利用して光記録媒体の記録層の位置を計測するようにした。これにより、光記録媒体の記録層の設計の自由度を高めながらも、正確に光記録再生できるようにする。
